Had Rob come to my house today for an annual maintenance on my unit. He was very professional and personable. He did a thorough job in specting and cleaning my unit. I would recommend this company to anyone. I even had to reschedule my first appointment with no hassle. Very easy to communicate with their office whom where also very helpful and professional. More servicers should be like this.

Teresa and Rob with Chill Masters are very knowledgeable about A/C units. The company is founded on Christian beliefs and professional principles. They do not try to up-sale you and you can trust that they are doing what's right.
After three A/C company- Chill Master were able to locate the proper unit on top of The Quarters of Ybor Condo and get the job done. Teresa is awesome to work with.

Hi I'm not a customer of theirs but unfortunate this company come to fix an air conditioner on July-`12-2018 next door to me we live in a community and they arrive prior to 7 am the problem is they come yelling so much specially the lady that came they dint respect that this was a community that some one could have been sleeping because the work nights??? they were there for hrs and she never stop the yelling so vulgar and unprofessionally I wont call them to do work on my house she is very vulgar with her loudness now one of the man was all over my car taking something I left on top of my car and the only reason he put it back was when he see that there was a video camera pointing at him??? later this old man wanted to get into my back yard don't know why??? and later the old lady come into my side walk to talk on the phone in front of my camera?? I do have a video camera that proof their behavior and I cant talk about their services but they are not professionally they are non educated and vulgar and rude I wont call them for services they lost one of more customer with their behavior How this man George Osborne that claims he lives in NJ according to him knows what happen here in Tampa and were does he knows me from??? I do have videos of their behavior and I would give it to my lawyer your answer this is defamation of character I want to know how do you know what happens and know me from if you are not here???
Chill masters had done a great job on the new AC unit. They were very professional and polite. I live in NJ and cant be there to do the work and they did everything I needed done without any issues. You will see a bad review from MARIA who lives next door. She is just a nasty lady who complains about everything and everyone and the review she gave was not justified. she is just a miserable person. I highly recommend Chill Masters to anyone and stand by them 100%. Thank you Chill Masters for all that you did. GEO
My A/C company from now on! A month ago, the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, my A/C stopped working. I called the company that installed it 3 years ago. They called me back 4 days later (Tuesday)! That same Saturday I searched on Google for A/C companies near me. I contacted Chill Masters and they came to my house within 45 min! Teresa was caring and handled the problem as it was her own A/C. They solved the issue and charged me a very reasonable fee. Highly recommended!
Chillmasters and Teresa are amazing! After a frustrating experience with another company they were able to come out on a Sunday morning and have it fixed in no time. All around enjoyable experience!
