Nice people! Quick and efficient service. Was time for our seasonal summer check up. Scheduled a day and time and technician was on time. He was thorough and took care of our needs! Highly recommend this group!

I've used them for years. This guy arrived knowing I needed a Nest thermostat fixed and right off told me he couldn't if it was self install. Which Google encourages. Then he offered $250 none wifi thermostat and threatened me with Nearly 100 dollar. Service charge. I suggested it was blackmail and he left. I suspect the Nest will cause me more trouble but he KNEW what he was getting into 🤬
We can't heap enough praise on this company; and David & Doug who replaced our 20 year old heat & a/c system with a brand new one from Rheem. We've used Childers for our annual inspection and service. But this year, we knew it was time to finally replace the original system. BEST DECISION WE'VE MADE. David & Doug are both professional, knowledgeable, and were just fun to have around while they worked. David was particularly skilled at explaining WHAT work they were going to do...and the PRICING; which we found VERY FAIR. We cannot recommend them enough for any work YOU need done!
They got my heating problems solved in 2 hours,house is so much,ty Michael and staff.
Animals had gotten under my home and made holes in my ductwork. The technician made repairs such that my system works as it should again.
One of my ac's went out at my business during the hottest time of the summer. I called the next day to confirm my appointment for 12pm but they techs showed up a little early, 2 of them. 5 stars for not only this time but also other times childers has stepped up. Very good clean work, very honest techs, very professional, and absolutely on time every time. Thank you so much- you are my first call everytime!

They moved my two outdoor units from the back of the house to the side. The new setup was on a steep hill and they made it look legit. Very knowledgeable about my units history which were apparently originally meant for mobile homes. They had to find a very specific coolant and said they would keep it for me bc i was probably the only one who would use need it again lol. They made sure the lines were all running the right stuff in the end. pricing was pretty close to what i researched online. Childers is my go to people now.
Doug from David Childers Heating and Cooling Service came to access our ac unit today. He was able to identify the problem very quickly. He fixed our ac unit with ease. The blower motor on my A/C went out at the beginning of June. Doug Duncan with Childers Heating & Cooling not only replaced the blower motor, he traced the my condensation line through lower part of the house. We were able to replace the condensation line to a more effective outlet for a fraction of the cost. Very professional, great knowledge and excellent service...and fair price!
I highly recommend Doug and the folks at Childers. He knew exactly how to diagnose the problem and provided quick and efficient service. Cost of repair was very reasonable. Give them a call and you will be glad you did.
We have used Childers at 2 of our properties. They have gone above and beyond-even coming by at the end of the day to diagnose- and fix- emergency issues that we have had with our HVAC units before the issues got much worse. They have also been great with our routine maintenance. I would highly recommend Childers to anyone who needs any work on their household HVAC needs.
We have used them twice for air conditioner issues and they were able to send someone the same day the first incidence and first thing in the morning the second. Timely, respectful, courteous and honest. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any AC/heating services!
Fantastic experience!!! They went above and beyond to help us out. We had an ancient unit they came out multiple times to fix and ultimately replace. Always super quick to respond, gave multiple options and explained everything in great detail. The whole thing couldn’t have gone smoother and I wouldn’t use anyone else!
