Adam came in to tell me that my blower was out and that it would cost between $400 to 600 but won’t be able to do it till Monday when he gets the part. He proceeds to say if we want us to pay additional $200 for him to get the store to open so he can get the part. My husband and I considered doing that since it was 90 out and my house was getting hotter and hotter. When he came in with the invoice we asked him if we decided to pay the extra $200 if we will fixed it today he said no maybe tomorrow. So we paid him $79 for him to really do nothing but to tell us our blower was out. We called someone else out to see if they can fix it the same day. They were there within 45 minutes assessed the problem went and got the part that was needed. with no additional $200 and came back took 15 minutes to fix check everything for 1/2 of what they wanted to charge Would NOT recommend this place to anyone they tried to take advantage of a situation. IN RESPONSE to the response I received. First I had no problem with paying for the service call. The issue is I had the service call and was willing to pay the additional $200 (since the technician stated 3 times we had the option) am told us when he asked if we agreed to pay the additional amount if it will be to fix today and he said NO. So not only was I going to be charge additional $200 for him to get the part it wasn’t going to be fix the same day. So that was my problem. He mad it clear he had 3 other people to see. So you do not have 24 hours service per you website. Like I said the service call charge is not the problem and I understand it is a business and you deserve to be paid for your calls so no I do NOT want a refund of the $79. My whole thing is customer service was not what I would of excepted.

I asked Adam to troubleshoot the radiant heat in the basement and garage. He quickly figured out that the outdoor temp gauge needed replacing. In addition, the exhaust pipe was rotting. I asked him to replace both, as well as upgrade the thermostats. He took care of everything, including cleaning up some of the stuff that wasn’t part of the job. Great job, price and extremely timely.

Aside from the annual maintenance, we never work with an HVAC company because we want to it's usually because we have to. When our furnace went bad during the first freezing week of the year, they brought a couple room heaters to keep our family comfortable while they expedited the delivery and installation of the new furnace. Adam, Amanda and Josh are courteous professional and deliver with a sense of empathy and go the extra mile. I recommend this company and the people.
