Our technician was Steve. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about furnaces. In addition to checking and cleaning our furnace he provided some useful advice. The person whom I called to make an appointment was also professional and helpful. My impression is this is a well-run and trustworthy operation.

Jon, and the rest of the folks at Chatham Comfort Controls, are consummate professionals. Jon is responsive, empathetic, and incredibly knowledgeable. In my situation we had a busted boiler in the dead of Chicago winter. I called him after hours and he was there the next morning working on a solution. It took several days but Chatham did not let me down. They were acutely aware of the desperate situation i was in and worked tirelessly to resolve and they did. I would recommend Chatham Comfort Controls to any dealing with HVAC issues. You will not regret it. By the way, Jon is a super sharp guy- truly knows his stuff and he will explain all the inner workings of the system and the problem so you fully understand.

Chatham comfort control did a excellent job they replaced my igniter for my heating system I recommend them to anyone the maintenance guy was excellent explain everything to a T .

Jon and his crew are the best. They came to take a look at my furnace which was leaking water while running the A/C. I was previously told by a different company the coils were bad and needed to be replaced and that my furnace had a little life left in it. After receiving a second opinion by Jon it was determined it was best to replace the entire furnace and AC unit. Jon made this process easy and kept it professional. His team arrived at the time they said they would and were done when they said they would be. The price was reasonable and everything is working fine! I highly recommend!

Jon and his technician came to my home on time confirming his visit prior. He first took a look at my thermostat and realized that I had it on the incorrect setting. He positioned it to the correct mode then went into the basement. He checked the furnace which he said was in good working order & resolved the matter in two minutes. I asked him if he would be my new heating guy lol. Jon and his team are awesome! I will be calling on him for any future heating needs!
I had two complete boilers systems and a expansion tank installed on the existing boiler, removal of old system. I appreciate the professional and dedication to inform me of every detail. All members of the installation team worked fantastically in heated conditions and performed a exceptional clean up. I definitely will use the service again.
Jon from Chatham Comfort Controls is a stand up business man. From the first time I contacted them until today 9/26/2020 completing an installment of a new central air unit and a furnace at my residence, this company has completely exceeded my expectations. Jon is very knowledgeable and took the time out to answer every question I had. Contacted Chatham Comfort Controls and they came out within 48hrs to provide me a free estimate to replace my central air. During the inspection, Jon answered all my questions, including those I had pertaining to my furnace and other equipment. After conversing with Jon, I made the decision to replace my furnace as well. Pricing was VERY competitive compared to others, but because of the customer service and expertise, I was confident that I wanted Chatham Comfort to complete the job. Jon and his team showed up on time, completed before the estimated time, his team was also professional, organized, and efficient. Jon kept me updated as the time passed. After completing the installations, Jon and I did a final walk through, while his team cleaned up, including putting my furniture back. THE WORK LOOKS AMAZING and my family and I are all set with new AIR and HEAT. Glad that we were also able to support a local small business.
