I was referred to Chase by a friend. I own a Transport Refrigeration business and found myself without the time to replace two units in my house that I had started on. It ended up being one thing after the other that pulled me off of getting the project done myself. One of those things was the duct work. The original install in the house was all wrong, and undersized duct for the system. Chase took on the job, coming to my house on a Monday to get an idea of what was involved, ended up having to have a wall partially demo’ed and moved out to allow more space for the correct duct. He and his crew showed up on time Friday morning and put in a full day of work. Came back Saturday morning and put in another full day of work, completing my installations and getting the units operational. I can tell you it is very hard finding anyone to take over a project that has already been started, I myself don’t even enjoy that. If he had any issue with it, it’s surely didn’t show. I feel he handled it as I would have. Thank you So much for the great work and I really appreciate you and your guys. —Derek Capps
Chase showed up on time unlike any other company that I used to price a new system. He did not try to over sell me on stuff I didn’t need. Was able to beat closest competitor by thousands... gave a fair and honest price and honored it. I don’t write reviews often but this guy and his crew deserve the praise. Would recommend to any of my friends or family.
Chase installed my unit about 6 years ago and charged thousands less than other companies. Last week my unit didn’t turn on properly after the storm knocked the power out and it was restored. Chase came out the very next business day and replaced the board because it was fried. I can always count on him to be fair with installs and repairs and he’s always quick to respond and resolve my heat and ac issues .
