Installed generator has always been responsive when called professional and knowledgeable. Marlanie was very helpful and knowledgeable in helpful.
Charlie Meadows and his people are the nicest people! They installed a Generac for me. There was no hard sales job, just sensible recommendations. They were prompt, efficient, and neat. They explained everything. I have every faith that they will service the Generac for years to come - reminding me when that needs to happen. I am delighted that I chose them. And a year later, Charlie is still the nicest person I have ever met. He just came by because he was in town and I had a service light on. He is waiting until next year to service the Generac because it hasn't run very often during its first not-quite-a-year year.
Charged me but did not fix my furnace. Promised to return but didn't. I called again a few weeks later and he promised to return again. That was weeks ago and still no show or no call. I recommend you avoid doing business with anyone that treats a customer this way.
