Chapman HVAC was so professional to work with. They have a very competent, respectful team, who installed multiple HVAC units on our property. They were always one step ahead, found great solutions to installation issues in an existing structure & were great to work with.

I love this company. They respond very quickly. They are very friendly. They replaced the a/c at my rental. And they came out last summer and worked on my a/c at my house. And it’s a ground source so not everyone works on those. They did an excellent job. I definitely recommend them.
Shaun and his team was very professional from start to finish. During our seasonal servicing they found that we had a unit not working. He gave us multiple options and price points. Once we chose our desired unit Shauns team got us on the schedule in a timely manner. During the tear out they tarped off all our equipment and furniture to make sure nothing was damaged. They were courteous of our business hours and were prompt to start the day and worked a full day getting as much done as possible to limit their need to there extra days when not needed. We will definitely use him again. He even called later in the week to check on things.
Chapman HVAC was quick to respond when our AC went out in the dead of summer. He got us fixed up in NO TIME and was soooo affordable! It was a no-brainer when our Heater went out. Same service and same efficiency! They are our go to EVERY time!

I called Chapman HVAC to evaluate my ancient and non-working HVAC system. He gave me a lesson on how HVAC works (I grew up in the north so this is not something I ever had to deal with.) He also told me the part that was broken and the model and serial number, incase I wanted to research and find a replacement myself. He didn’t push to sell me a new unit, instead we asked what our options are, since money is tight in this economy. He gave us our options and forever won our customer loyalty by simply being an honest businessman. Those are rare and I’ve had enough dealings with Mr. Chapman himself to know how he handles business. So if you are looking for a business that will do business and not try to sell you jobs, this is the right guy.
