Juan did an excellent job replacing our broken garbage disposal unit. He was courteous and friendly and explained what he was doing. I'll be calling him back for any future plumbing work!
Great work. Very knowledgeable and efficient plumber came and fixed two issues. I hope I don't have any other plumbing leaks in the future but if I unfortunately do I'm definitely calling Channel Plumbing!
Juan is absolutely amazing to work with. He's been out to our house a few times for a variety of issues & to help finish some bathroom renovations. Not only does he consistently do a great job, he tends to go above and beyond. He fixed an issue recently without me even asking and always takes the time to explain in detail what's going on. I learn something every time he helps out. Such a polite and professsional person. Highly recommend working with him and the channel plumbing team.

Ethan from Channel Plumbing went above and beyond today fixing a tricky plumbing problem for us. He was professional, well organized and didn't give up until he had figured out exactly where the problem originated. Once he found the root of the problem, he fixed it quickly. Afterward, he cleaned the area and left it better than he found it. Highly Recommend Ethan and Channel Plumbing!
We had a serious sewage problem at our home over the holidays. I contacted 4 plumbers who came to our property and none of them knew what to do. I called Channel and they sent Ethan. He came over within a few hours and diagnosed the problem. We had to wait for the delivery of a new immersion pump, but when it arrived Ethan came immediately. The installation went very smoothly. Ethan followed up with a visit after his work schedule ended to make sure everything was working properly. Thank you Channel and Ethan for a job well done. We highly recommend Channel Plumbing.
Nathaniel and his crew found a leak that had been evading many others for over a year! He and his crew are patient, responsive and very respectful. And, they saved us a ton of money!! I HIGHLY recommend this team.

Hot water heater ruptured. Literally showed up to the house and within an hour the old one was out and new one in. Nathanial and his team are professional and have a keen eye for details. Carried a 100 gallon hot water heater up and down a narrow flight of stairs without a knick on the walls or stairs. Completed the project quickly and smoothly. In an out. Thank you guys!
Nathaniel is the very BEST plumber in town!! He always always finds out what is wrong in the most complicated Plumbing issues. I know him for years and every time I call him he responds to my emergencies immediately in person. Yesterday a Condo we rent out was leaking from our shower to the kitchen of the neighbor downstairs. I called him almost at the end of the business day and he immediately went to look at it and found out what was wrong. The plumber of the neighbor went the day before and he said it was fixed but the leak continued. I called Nathaniel and he knew right away what the problem was and how to solve it. He went this morning and fixed it!!, Do not waste your money with other plumbers! He is the one and only!
I had a major plumbing issue and Channel was highly recommended to me so I called them. They did not let me down. It was late in the day but they found a way to fit me into their schedule as it was an emergency. They were able to diagnose the problem and went out of their way to quickly fix. We would have had to shut off our water for a while had they not been so responsive and professional. I asked them to come back and fix a few other minor problems I had been deferring and again they were timely, professional and fairly priced.
Nathaniel was very thorough effective, and understanding of our businesses needs and I highly recommend his team to take care of your plumbing needs.
Not a good experience what so ever this guy lied about the work that should have been done 1 1/2 years ago my kitchen sink was never tied in and lied about the pipe collapsed left a big mess left yard horrible I took pictures to prove he was a lie don't have him do any work very sad you can't trust people if the were negative start I could fill pages
We have a problem with Channel Plumbing. They contracted with our neighbors in October to replace a sewage line and made a mess of everything, a mess which lasted for months. While working, they broke a nearby pipe from another neighbor, was then unable to identify who that neighbor was, and proceeded to just cover up the damage. This lack of professionalism eventually led to a major Christmas Day sewage leak dumping directly across our driveway onto Valerio Street, down one full block to a street drain on Olive Street. This isn’t climate change, it is incompetence. And it deserved an apology which never came. When the leak was first discovered after initial work by the company, the secretary, Jackie, claimed there was not a technician available and it could take 3 weeks to remedy. Consequently, sewage was seeping from the hole dug by her company for an extended period of time. The company eventually, but unsuccessfully tried to ascertain who’s line they broke. They then decided to fill the hole regardless, which initially buried the seeping. When the hole was eventually saturated and began seeping again, Channel Plumbing was immediately notified. The secretary, Jackie, said they were doing all they could and the owner of the company was not available. Once the owner did arrive, he expressed frustration that the problem was not reported directly to him. Santa Barbara City Public Works came out the day after Christmas to review the situation. They pumped raw sewage out of the hole and ascertained on their own who the owner of the broken pipe was. When the city contacted Channel Plumbing about their negligence, the secretary was the one sent out to negotiate the situation. She was just as dismissive and rude as were her phone interchanges. All of this is simply unacceptable and unprofessional. Hire this company at your own risk.
If you want a plumber that is going to overcharge and under perform.then Channel Plumbing is the one for you. Pick anyone else in the area and you’ll have better experience.
Nathaniel and everyone at this firm are simply the best. We moved into our new home and our main sewer line backed up the first night. We had a newborn as well as a full-time adult care situation. Disaster! Nathaniel was there the next morning and a new line was installed and operational by the following afternoon. We can’t say enough about the quality of work, their thoroughness of cleanup, and their responsiveness to a truly urgent issue. We would give Channel 10 stars if we could!
I’ve used Channel Plumbing at all the different places I’ve lived and at my business for the past twelve years and every time they are responsive, professional and provide the highest quality service at a reasonable price. They’ve come to my rescue on emergency plumbing issues as well as been there for longer, planned jobs and in all cases their work has exceeded expectations. Santa Barbara is lucky to have Nathaniel and his crew.

My wife and I have been using Channel Plumbing for ten years. We have been delighted by Nathanial's and his team's work and professionalism. Our needs have varied from ordinary plumbing house calls to complete renovation of two bathrooms and a kitchen. Couldn't be happier with their work and responsiveness to our needs. This was especially important when we were absentee landlords for our property for a number of years before moving into the house. We could trust the work and integrity of Channel. So when it was time to renovate the house, we insisted on Channel being the plumber (over the subcontractor that our contractor had initially proposed.) We did not regret that decision, and maintain confidence in their work.
