Chandlers is an awesome company. We have used them as our only approved a/c and refrigeration/freezer repair company for the past 16 plus years. They have consistently provided us with superior service. They are extremely accommodating when we need emergency service and provide excellent advice and service during our routine service and preventative maintenance visits. When they foresee that a repair is not cost effective they advise us to consider replacement of the problem unit. I appreciate their honesty during these times and the fact that they don't take advantage of the customer. Thank you Roy for always taking the time to speak with me. Thank you Rob and the rest of the service techs for doing a superior job out in the field. Thank you to the office staff for your support as well. We look forward to many more years of your great service. Update on 9/10/2022... as is typical our freezer went down at 2:00 p.m. on a friday. I called Chandler's and they were able to have a technician come out and they finished just a little bit after 5:00 p.m. the same day. This was during a stormy condition so I appreciate their promptness. Thank you again Roy, Nat and company.
The crew of Mario,Hugo and Luis did a full HVAC install during the Heat Wave . The attic was 120 degrees and zero complaints. I now have a top notch system and got great deal from the owner Roy.
Terrible terrible customer service the first lady just decided to put me on hold for 15 min without even telling me literally in the middle of the conversation and then I hang up and call again and explain to the other person who answered what happened and she simply said okay sir what can I do for you with a terrible ton. Would never recommend them
They can't fix Traulsen fridges commercial grade. Owner Roy is not a man of his word seems like sleepy Joe.
