I've used this company for years. They installed a new HVAC system for me and do yearly maintenance. The owner, Joel, is a very nice guy. He is honest and has fair rates. I had a thermostat issue on a Saturday and he walked me through how to fix it on my own so I didn't have to pay weekend rates for him to come out. Very few AC companies would have done that.
Like many people, I am always a little skeptical about having maintenance work done in my house. I can honestly say, however, that I have 100 % confidence in Chandlerair and in in its owner, Joel. Within 24 hours of contacting him he was at my house fixing my fan motor. He wasted no time completing the work and charged what I considered a really fair price. I won't hesitate hiring him for all of my ac needs and only wish I had known of his business a long time ago.
