Great service and they a very good about communicating about time lines
These guys are very thorough, professional, and work hard until the job is complete. Matt is always very friendly and helpful in explaining a diagnosis, process, and fixing an issue. Great job Champaign Heating and Air!

I felt they were shady with the price. First told me our repair was fully covered by warranty, then came back and said they were charging $500 in fees, but could not explain what those fees are for.

Call CH&A first! You will be glad you did. Their service is prompt, professional, and exact to quotation. "5 Stars" (I'd give him more if it were possible) for their service technician Dave. He knows what he's doing, is a true professional, and exceptionally courteous. He's the best I've met. Get's the job done quickly, and fixes the problem.
Can not say enough positive things about the company. When I called with my air conditioner problem Paul, the owner talked with me personally and scheduled a time for repairs. His technitian, Dan, worked for 7 hours trying to resolve why my AC was not functioning properly. Paul came over twice to assist with determining what was wrong. They changed the thermostat, the control board, the gas value and the transformer before figuring out it was the contactor that was faulty. Paul said he had only seen something like this twice in 15 years. Since they could not prove that the other components they replaced were actually bad they only charged me for the $60.00 contactor plus labor. Easily the replacements should of cost over $1000. They pretty much rebuilt my furnace with new parts and then left the old parts (which are still good) in case I would ever need them. Paul and Dan went above and beyond in being fair and honest with me. He said the reason he did not charge me for all the replaced parts was that it was a learning experience.
