Steve was fantastic he responded to my calls in a great timely manner, very professional and knowledgeable! Got all the parts I needed within the time limit he told me and had it up and running very quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend using this company for any and all HVAC needs!

Chambers Heating and Air-Conditioning was contacted by my home warranty company, Total Protect on 8/26/19 to repair my HVAC unit which is blowing hot air. I made no less than 3 follow-up calls and left detailed messages on their answering service requesting a call back. Chambers failed to call back. I also wrote a detailed text requesting a call to set-up an appointment which was also ignored. I can't honestly rate their work but I can say they have horrible customer service. If a business can't even return a call/text from a customer, then they don't deserve my business and they shouldn't deserve yours either. Caveat Emptor
Steve was honest and prompt. I've dealt with a few local companies and Steve did things that were never done by other companies and was more reasonable. I have a new HVAC Company that I will keep

We called to have our heater fixed at our cabin through our home warranty company and they dispatched Chambers Heating & Air Conditioning. Steve came out to repair the heater, looked at the heater and said he had to order the parts and we needed set up another appointment for him to complete the repair. We made an appointment with Steve ~2 weeks later to come on a Saturday. My husband made the 2.5 drive up to our cabin specifically to meet Steve so he could complete the repair and he never showed up. We both called him and left voicemails when he no showed and never heard from him or the company. My husband waited around for hours just in case he showed up but eventually gave up and drove back home. I called Steve again on Monday and left a voicemail and still have yet to hear back from him and it's been almost a week. We eventually contacted the home warranty company and had them send out someone else.
