Chad is a true pro and extremely efficient with your time. He won't be the cheapest, but he is honest and worth every dollar he charges because he's a master at what he does.
I cannot speak highly enough of the professional attitude and service I received from Chad the HVAC Butler. Chad assisted with the installation of my new HVAC system in partnership with another company. Chad was kind, personable, and welcomed any questions I had about the work they were doing. I received a thorough answer that was delivered in a way that I could understand completely, without having HVAC knowledge. Chad replaced my entire heating & air system, duct work, and fixed incorrect air vents. The best part through the process was understanding *why* he was doing what he did. I could not be more satisfied with the service I received and would recommend him to anyone. I felt like I was in good hands and I trust the services I received from Chad.
He is knowledgeable, dependable, honest, and upfront about cost. I have used his services for years and have always been pleased.
Chad came out to do repairs from a home inspection. He was friendly, informative, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and came out to do the work within a couple days of my call. He took care of the itemized repairs, suggested some others that made sense to me, and provided some recommendations for the new buyers. Didn't push any additional high priced services either!
Chad has taken care of our HVAC needs for many years. He just put in a new system for us. I am very pleased with the new system and with how quickly Chad responded to my call when my old system quit working. I would highly recommend him for any HVAC needs you may have. Also, I have found him to be a very upstanding and caring person.
