Chad, CFM HVAC, did a fantastic job on replacing my entire unit. He is great – communicated with me throughout the project, arrived on time, put down cardboard on my wood floors, picked up all packaging inside and outside of my home, professional, courteous, etc., etc., etc. He did mention that he must come back because one piece of something (not sure what it was) was incorrectly shipped. He went to a parts store to get something so the a/c would work correctly until the correct piece was received. As he said, “I was not going to make you suffer one more night!” Thank goodness because last Friday was the hottest day yet around here. I would recommend him anywhere, anytime!
Met service professional approximately May 4th, 2023 during HVAC package unit evaluation. Mr. Chad, CEO of CFM HVAC LLC, is very knowledgeable in his craft and professional in his communication skills to customers. He has patience and concern with his customers. The installation of a new A/C compressor took him less than 5 hours due to no need extra maintenance to concrete slab, electrical issues, not any other problems. He dismantled old A/C compressor and removed it and installed new A/C compressor without any problems. Now A/C in my home is successfully running as needed.
