I called this to see when someone can come out and look at my AC unit. They were able to come the same day and fixed the problem. I have used their services since when I bought my house in 2018. Awesome service.
I took 3 estimates for a new AC system. Century estimated and installed our new system within 2 days!!! They are pros. The crew was respectful, knowledgeable, and clean. The price was also good!! I tell everybody to call them for their Heating and AC needs. Quality matters. Customer service matters. Value matters. Century has it all.
John gave me the quote. He was very professional, friendly and a great listener. Explained everything in detail. Price was excellent, lower than all 6 quotes I received. Greg installed my new hvac system. He was professional, friendly, eager to answer questions, worked very hard and cleaned up really well. He did an excellent job. Would recommend him for all hvac installations and maintenence. I will continue to use their services in the future.

These guys are great. First, John Jacobson visited to view the install site (we were replacing an old AC unit); he was incredibly knowledgeable and honest about the process, the various types of units, etc. After we accepted the proposal, they provided great communication on scheduling, etc., and then the fellows who showed up (on time) to install the unit were very efficient and cordial. Had it done in less time than anticipated, and left the site spotless. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CENTURY HEATING AND A/C!
I three different bids received for this job and century came in not just the lowest but also the quickest timeline it really stuck out to me that they asked a lot of questions before giving me the quote so they could fully understand how we used the house especially the lower level and what we would need in terms of heating and cooling The installers were professional they were on time again ran a lot of detail changes by me before they made any moves and were super flexible about how every aspect of the install went 1,000% recommend them for any heating and AC needs
They installed my mini split during the summer of 2022 and have been such a pleasure to work with. I had some questions after instillation and they answered them immediately. During the winter there was ice build up on the fan and I worried that it caused damage; they came out right away to make sure the fan was still in good shape (it was!). Everyone I have interacted with has been professional, kind and responsive throughout every step. Highly recommend!

Charlie was able to repair elderly gas furnace giving us heat before snow storm. Decided it was time to replace worked with John. Appreciated everything Century Heating was able to do in a timely fashion
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! We have used them a couple times in the past with little issues but then we had them out a couple weeks ago to fix our AC unit and while the heat worked for a couple weeks the unit started to leak coolants and now only half the house is working. We didn't think this was too alarming so we called to get someone out to fix it. We confirmed an appt only to have them call us back a couple days before the appt to tell us "we will no longer be working on your unit" without a reason why or apology. Not only did they overcharge a couple weeks ago, they didn't guarantee their shotty work and then ran from there own errors. Marni the customer service person was incredibly rude and didn't have anything to say for their lack of professionalism and horrible business practices. To say I was in shock by this phone call is an understatement...right before Xmas no less. Once again...they are not accountable, reliable and are horrible in customer service...DO NOT USE!!!!!
I called to have the heating and refrigeration unit checked. When Charlie came, he was honest and told us that the weather had to warm to 65 degrees before he could check the air conditioning unit. I appreciated his honesty as another company could have charged me for both units and not let on that nothing was done on the air conditioning. He was prompt, personable and a pleasure to work with. We have used Century for furnace installation and maintenance and always been very pleased!
I highly recommend this company! They did a phenomenal job. If you are looking to get ductless heating and AC, these are your guys. They were very communicative, prompt, helpful and did a great job.
Century workers did awesome job to install my A/C, they went above and beyond to finish it. Professional and quick service. If I needs more service I definitely will call them again.

Century Heating is my first call for any heating or cooling needs. Over time they have serviced my place for gas furnace repair and heat pump installation. They are prompt, professional, friendly and reasonable.
The staff is so kind and professional. They worked hard, listened to our concerns, and took the time to answer all our questions. They stayed true to their quoted price even when surprises arose. They came to install even if it was a hot day and made sure everything was measured just right and that everything worked perfectly before leaving. Really grateful for the job they did!
It's been my pleasure to contract Century Heating and Cooling twice in the last year. Their service people are top notch and professional. They talk to you not at you and give you an honest assessment of your needs. Additionally, Marnie is a pleasure to work with. She squeezed us in earlier for some much needed service in July. She is responsive and has a great attitude. Thank you for making this an easy experience.
FINALLY!!! OUR AC IS FIXED!! Best service call ever. We had three other companies out to look at our (complicated) heating/cooling system (including the company that installed it!) and they couldn't fix it. It's a ducted multiple mini-split heat pump setup and it wasn't cooling our house. Every single tech that came out to look at it told us to keep the filters clean and left. Some said it was just undersized for the house (it's actually slightly oversized). Others told us it was getting on in age and probably just getting tired. One told me I had unrealistic expectations for what the system could do for me. ALL of them refused to check the refrigerant level, despite me asking several times each visit (between the companies, there were 6+ visits). I was told "it's a closed loop system, there's no way it can leak. that's not the issue" by every single one of them. I started to believe them, and even got a quote to replace the whole system. SO glad we called Century - their service reviews convinced me to call. Charlie came out to our house and ran a few tests to see how the system was cooling and heating. Based on what he found with temperature readings, he thought maybe we were low on refrigerant. When he emptied our 10 pound 8 ounce system to weigh what was in there, he found it was down to two pounds seven ounces. We'd lost 80% of our refrigerant! He topped the system off and the house was FRIGID. We don't need it yet, but we're prepared for this summer. We talked about future repairs for wherever the system is (most likely very slowly) leaking, expectations for this fix, and he's even going to quote moving our outdoor unit to a more accessible location. Thank you Charlie! It was so refreshing to work with someone who listened and believed there was a problem instead of telling me to change the filters. If you are looking for honesty, integrity, professionalism for you heating / AC service needs, these are the guys. Two weeks before Century come out I call another company to service my furnace, just for a simple cleaning and boy was I shocked when they told me that my unit had to be replace very soon as well as my A/C unit because they could not service as it had an old type of Freon. They told me that it would cost me S16,000.00. I also asked this unnamed local company if they could install an air purifier that I had purchased on Amazon. They would not because I did not purchase it from them and they could not warranty it. I said I was not looking for a warranty I just wanted it installed. At this point I was just looking for a company to install my air purifier. I was shopping at Gresham Fred Meyer and saw a gentleman wearing a Century Heating jacket. I stopped and asked him if they installed air purifiers. Rowdy, said just call the office and get it scheduled. But the best part of my story is yet to come. I’m sorry to say I have forgotten the young man’s name that came out for the install but I will never forget the service. The young man installed the air purifier in less than 20 minutes and explained, in detail why he thought I did not need to replace my furnace at this point and that he could pretty much fix anything that might go wrong with furnace and A/C units.
