Non responsive, both my husband and I have emailed/ called and left voice mails with no response. They don't have a FB and the link provided for their website shows the website “will be back”. We are having issues with the repairs made and no way to get in touch with them. Very unprofessional

These guys took out my old system from 1982 and replaced EVERYTHING up in the attic to include the air handler, new ducts and plenum. I replaced the soft ducts a couple years back which was R-6 and Tim insisted they replace them with R-8 ducts, even though the ones I put in were new and didn't technically need to be replaced. They didn't cut corners and fabricated the plenums on site, the right way. New compressor unit outside and now my electric bills are nearly half as what they used to be with the old system and this lower electricity bill includes our newly installed jacuzzi running 24-7. I should have called these guys YEARS ago. Great family oriented company who goes out of their way for their customers. I highly recommend this company, hands down.
We had our air conditioning go out on us yesterday afternoon. We placed an online work order through our rental company, shine residential management. It was after hours, so we had no expectations of having our air conditioning fixed last night. Within the hour I received a phone call from Jason with Central Texas Heating and Air. I missed the call and returned it 30 minutes later, mind you this is at 9:30PM. Jason answered immediately, was extremely professional, and said he would be over in 20 minutes. I was over the moon. When he arrived at our house he quickly found what was wrong and fixed the capacitor in less than 20 minutes. And our AC has worked great since! Thanks to Jason being so incredibly kind to come over that late at night my husband, our dogs and myself were able to sleep comfortably last night. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
I have had these guys out to handout A.C. maintenance twice now. They showed up on time and fixed everything I needed them to. Excellent local company I will continue to support!
