Update: 9/27/2022: My ac went out again, separate issue. Justin came out yesterday with a new blower motor to replace do preventative maintenance and found mold all through my system, cracked gas lines/burners etc. I decided to go with a whole new unit. They got a new unit same day and came out today to install it. It only took John and Jacob 3 hours to replace it, go under my house check all my lines, fix what needed fixed under the house, sanitized my lines and hauled off old unit. They explained to me every step they were taking. Best customer service ever. Justin, John, Jacob, Monika, Rachel are all top notch. 💯 recommend. 8/2022 Justin did an excellent job! I emailed for an appointment on a Sunday and although they said it would be Tuesday before they could make it out, they came on Monday due to a cancellation and because of children and pets in the home. Did a great job, took me outside and showed me what was wrong with the unit and explained what they were fixing. Reasonably priced. 100% would recommend. They will be doing my seasonal preventative maintenance from here out as well.
The folks at Central Tennessee Heat and Air did an outstanding job of installing a new heating and cooling system for us. They provided us with emergency window units while they waited for our home warranty company to supply the needed system. When we ran into troubles with our home warranty company, Justin, Rachel, and their team stayed the course with us while we made arrangements to get the needed system. Our new system was expertly installed. They kept their commitments when they made appointments for a price quote and for installation. We would recommend Central Tennessee Heat and Air to anyone who needs maintenance or replacement of their heating and cooling system. They were a blessing to us and are a first-class business! Do not ever use this company. They were extremely rude in the service call. After call they never answered or returned calls for the follow up appointment. When I finally got them on the phone they told me I had no idea what I was talking about and that I was lying when I told the woman what I was told during the service call. Don’t work with them unless you want to be treated very rudely and as if you are a layer!

AWESOME! My old system was a frankenstein machine. A little of this and a little of that. CTH&A (Justin) was able to get it running and keep it running until it finally could be fixed no more. I just had CTH&A (Justin and Jon) put in an entirely brand new system. New hvac, ceiling ducts, the whole nine yards. They were friendly, fast, affordable and easy to work with. Justin and Jon are a great knowledgable team. Trust me. I have tried all the rest. They really know their stuff and can handle anything. Monika is fabulous with scheduling and communication and just a joy to talk to. I absolutely recommend calling CTH&A FIRST!!!! Don’t waste time with amateurs. Call the best. Because eventually you are gonna have to call CTH&A anyways to fix what the other guys started and couldn't. I am so happy! And comfortable!! Call them TODAY!!
Professional work by honest people! I’ve used Justin for 3 different issues over the last couple years. Started with a new a/c unit a year ago. Mine was going out and I wanted something larger. He came and swapped out my system and the heating and cooling difference has been incredible. A few months later, my dishwasher totally went dead. I was looking at an expensive replacement and it was fairly new. Living in a rural area, I didn’t know who to call for electrical issues, so I called Justin. He came out and quickly identified that it was only a wiring problem in the closet with a blown circuit. Had it back running in about 10 minutes. Saved me hundreds! Recently, I had a water heater and external pressure reducer valve both going out. I called a large well-known service company and couldn’t believe the price they quoted ($2,500) for a simple swap out of 2 items. On a whim, I called Justin again just to see if he did plumbing work. He recommended replacing it with a tankless heating system, did a complete install, swapped out the bad reducer valve, and still saved me $1,000. On top of that, he gave my a/c system a check-up and cleaned the coils while he was here. This was an incredible upgrade for 1/3 less than the big company was going to charge. I now never run out of hot water! I can’t say enough about this guy and his company. Dependable, honest, and always on time!
Justin is an expert of the trade in every way possible. My A/C was out and I went ahead and replaced to fuse but it only lasted 10 min. When he can out he quickly identified it was the contactor. Justin not only repaired this part but also fixed up other issues that could have caused problems in the future and will help my system work more efficiently. Justin was friendly, pays attention to detail, works efficiently, and the price was right.

I am so thankful for Central Tn Heat and Air. Justin was wonderful he new exactly what I needed and didn’t try to sale me a $11000.00 unit( and that was with discounts )thats what I was quoted by another very well known company. Not only did he fix the one I had but gave me piece of mind and he saved me over $10780.00. If you are ever in need and don’t want to be taking advantage of make sure you call them they will take care of you unlike the bigger named companies. No price gouging just honest friendly people.
They are extremely helpful, friendly, professional and fair. I’ve had them come to the house for emergency repairs (they came right out right away) and later, to replace our 20 plus year old AC’s. I also had them install a garage heater. Justin knows his stuff, they have me as a customer for life.

Terrific people!! We contacted Central Tennessee Heat and Air to fix an issue with our heater. They know what they’re doing and go the extra mile to not only provide the education to repair those small issues, but provided realistic solutions to prevent future issues. Their willingness to work on a Sunday for those last minute repair needs, sets them apart from the rest. Their service was fast and their pricing was more than fair. This company has it all !!! Most wonderful people I have ever dealt with on anything. Justin knows all about heat and air and is the nicest guy I have ever met !!! He will take care of your problem and you will have a new friend ! No more worries regarding heat and air !!!!!!
I can't say enough good things about this company. They helped us deal with a very difficult home warranty situation over the course of 6 weeks without heat. They made it possible for us to get an entirely new HVAC unit for our home just days before Christmas. They are wonderful to deal with and very helpful. I highly recommend them!
The morning of Nov 12th we woke up with no heat and immediately called our home warranty place and they were quick to call Central Tn Heating and Air. I spoke with the owners wife, Monica, a little later that same day. She got us an appointment quick and her husband was speedy turning in the report to H.W.A.. Although H.W.A took a over a month with little to no help , Monica answered all my questions even the dumb one and reassured me that we would be taken care of and helped us get a new unit as fast as she could! Today our new unit was installed, the repairman was here in a timely manner and very polite! 3 hours later we have air & heat and a very happy customer! Thank you Monica and Justin, we will refer y'all to everyone!
