Avoid this business completely. Two weeks ago I noticed the mini-split Chris and his son put in wasn't even mounted to the pre-fab pad which was put in, instead of a concrete slab and he didn't even take 30 seconds to bolt the unit onto the pad. Talk about sloppy workmanship. Moving some gardening equipment I almost knocked the entire unit over. This doesn't include just an ongoing list of other issues from communication, professionalism, ethics and honesty. Chris and his wife charged us well over what was initially agreed upon both myself and my son can confirm by verbal agreement and our ADT audio. The service was also well done on their time and was rescheduled twice. Chris arrived past noon, a two hour break was taken in between the work and they didn't leave our home till past 9:00PM. Unprofessional, overpriced and again horrible workmanship. Chris and his wife should be ashamed at how they take advantage of people. Chris tried charging my son over 5K for work that was agreed on two weeks earlier which was supposed to be right around 2.5K over double the agreed upon cost. Chris also did duct work in the second story of our home and even that was done incorrectly. We needed to fix the air circulation in one side of our home and the install work he did almost did nothing. They installed the duct work, intake and a return all in about 25mins charging $750 promising it would work and solve the issues we were having. It didn’t do a thing. A day later we tried discussing the work with them over a phone call after the service was complete and paid for and we were threatened with a lien, yelled and cussed at. Go find a real professional. This is a sub-contractor who takes advantage of people at every turn possible.

Had a great experience! Chris and his son were able to come out same day and Heather was super friendly and helpful over the phone! When they arrived they made sure to ask if I had any questions and they fixed the problem quickly. They also are one of the very few heating and air companies that would work with me even though I was going through a home warranty. I’m so thankful to have found them and they will forever be who I go to from now on.
Was 5 hours late, did not fix the problem and charged $800 and kept $600. Absolutely the worst company we’ve ever delt with.
Responded during a very busy time, when 4 other inquiries with other providers went unanswered. Did excellent work, efficient and affordable.
This guy is a good sales man. Do not listen to him. This man came to our house on 05/29/2019 night for faulty AC unit. He made a wrong diagnosis and fixed what was not wrong. Charged me $1370 for nothing. Call him back the next day and explained to him that the AC is still not working. He re diagnosed that the motor is now the problem. I explained to him that I got nothing for the $1370 I paid previously and he said that diagnosis is step by step and that he did not know that the motor is bad. He attempted to go with my motor and change it and bring it back. I asked how much and he said that he will call and let me know. I objected and took my motor from him. I called a different guy that came and fixed the problem. My $1370 is down the drain. I will never recommend him to any one.
Chris and his wife are really nice and good people. They were here on time and did everything they could to help me with my air conditioning and get my house cool again on a very hot day. I would for sure use them again and refer them to all my friends!!
I got on Home Advisor to get quotes on a new heat and air unit. The company we have been using told me I had a leak in my coil, but I would need to replace the HVAC unit before too long, because it was not fixable. Chris went over all my options from the lowest, repairing the coil, to the most expensive option of replacing the unit. While he was there, Chris paid close attention to detail. He noticed my thermostat wire was chewed up from a weed trimmer and asked if I wanted to replace it. Chris placed it in a rubber conduit and tied it off to a higher tube, to keep it from happening again in the future. He also replaced foam insulation. in addition, Chris noticed a broken and clogged drain pipe on my other unit and asked if I would like to replace it as well. I don't understand the other two comments as he seemed to be very detail oriented when working on my unit. Chris saved my thousands and I'm very grateful.
We had been without heat for almost 2 weeks trying to find someone to replace a faulty part with no results so I asked for my Home warranty people to give me a referral and was referred to Central Sun. They came out right away and got our unit fixed right away. They will be my HVAC Company from now on.
After a big storm came through where we lost electricity, my neighbor’s unit wasn’t working properly. I called a few other repair places, none of them answered or called back (this was on a Friday around 6pm so most were already closed for the weekend). This company answered but the owner was in Florida helping a family member. He still took the time to ask what was going on and he explained to me over the phone how to fix it. His suggestion worked! I was so thankful he took the time to help, at no charge and that my neighbor didn’t have to pay anyone to come out for such a quick & easy fix.
BEWARE. Chris is a good guy. He talks a great game, he's a good salesman- very affable & convincing. He’s just not a good HVAC guy. He did a commercial system install for me, didn’t hook up the gas internally, and when the tenant called him to turn the heat on, he did it over the phone... and caused a GAS EXPLOSION AND FIRE. By a random stroke of luck, a firefighter was on the scene to put the fire out. But someone could have easily been injured or even killed. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company for any work or trust anything they’ve done. Other work seems to have been competent, but sloppy and extremely slow (3+ months for an HVAC install) I hate to be the person who complains on the internet. But I’m concerned that Chris isn’t paying attention to his work and the consequences could be costly, or even injurious. Avoid. At. All. Costs.

Friendly and prompt service! Chris and Ben made quick work and got us back up and running in no time! Very efficient and I thought fairly priced! Highly recommend!
These guys showed up at 9pm and got me going within the hour! Did not oversell got me ice cold!
I called them on a Sunday evening to look at my ac unit. Chris identified the issue within 5 mins of having the panel off. We had to wait until the next day for the part since i have an oddball unit. But he came out, fixed it and was up front with price quotes. Theyre out here to help people.
This is my 2nd time using them and again was wowed by the service! I had NO heat, it was early morning and the weekend but he was quick to reply “be there in 15 minutes” and he was! He and his sidekick “his son” who was very mannerable by the way, were right on top of it. They fixed the problem and I couldn’t believe the price! This is definitely my go to heating and air repair company and I would highly recommend them! :)
Chris and his son are awesome people. They came out on New Year’s Day to take a look at our broken heater and even helped get our fireplace going to sustain us until the house was able to heat back up. Genuine, hard working people who are great at what they do.
They were quick, knowledgable and awesome NICE GUYS! I'd recommend them to anyone
