Scheduled me for the next day the waited until late that next day to tell me they couldn’t make it but would reschedule me tomorrow. I could have called and scheduled somewhere else. Not very ethical business tactics, if you are too busy be honest with the customer don’t lie about it. Wish a zero star was an option #accusucks
Horrible customer service; not trustworthy- presented misleading and false information concerning the installation; After providing their email, appointment notice and estimate fee, they decided not to provide heating services in my area…stating that they weren’t installing thermostats at this time…during all this cold weather and therefore, referred me to another company. What an insult!
They came fast and fixed my AC quickly, even if it was Sunday. The worker was very nice and professional. We've always had good results with this company.
I have used Central Heating & Air to install and maintain HVAC units for all of my properties. They were always professional, did a great job and the charges including a yearly maintenance contract reasonable. Since they have been bought out by Accu Temp their prices have soared! For a service call and small repair I was charged $495. This is ridiculous! I will no longer use this new price gouging company. I suggest everyone reading this to do the same.
Central installed my HVAC system. When I called for maintenance, I reached an answering service. Accutemp returned my call. The reason I went with Central was because of the service they promised. I can no longer recommend this company.
Gilbert Called when on the way. Arrived when said he would. Completed job. Called to let me know it was done and what the issue was. Very pleased. Will use again.
The men were so professional and patient. They explained the services that they were going to provide, and they made sure that we understood the price breakdown of the services that we needed to have. We will call them again in the future if we need more maintenance
We had an issue with our unit freezing up over the past couple of days. I reached out to Central Heating & Air. They were very friendly and got a technician out to us the same day. Jeff was very knowledgeable and professional. He also took care of my heating inspection while he was here. Highly recommend!!
Called, made an appointment, Service guy arrived within 20 min. Fixed issue within 30 min. Awesome and friendly service. Will be our go to from now on!!!!
I called after and got a quick return phone call, came straight out. Got it fixed in less than 45 minutes from the original call back. Will definitely use agin.
Very professionally handled down to calling us before they came out and then calling me when complete. Everything left in excellent condition with unit working. I have been using Central Heating & Air for repairs for many years but this was my first install by them and I would certainly use them again. Trane is a very good product and was installed by a very good company. Thanks.

Our ac went out suddenly and they were out super quick and it took him no time at all to find the problem and fix it without costing me a fortune. If I could give more than 5 stars I would and we will for sure be using them in the future for any thing we need.
I called early in the morning. Less than a hour a tech was at my door ready to service me unit! The tech was friendly and wonderful! Explained everything well! Excellent job!!! 5 star service!!!
They came right away. We had called them at 8 pm. We have used them several times over the past 20 years. We have always been pleased with the work their service men do.
Came out same day right after hurricane ida only without ac for a few hours after calling. Also fairly priced. Technician was very nice and got the job down quickly.
After talking with the lady who answers the phone and telling them my 8 month pregnant wife and I came home to a 80+ degree hot house and that I would pay extra if your guys can make it tonight. The technician Calls back an hour later to tell me that I’m not an already existing customer and they aren’t putting on new customers. It wouldn’t be fair for already existing customers to have to wait if their a/c units broke? Their a/c’s aren’t broke tonight, sounded like he was in his bed turning over so he didn’t wake his wife. Ridiculous, the lady could’ve said that at first
Ronnie runs a tight ship at Central Heating and AC. Calvin and Chad are the usual field service technicians who come out and we have been using Central H&AC for over ten years. They are always so professional and do a great job from installing a new unit to maintaining the older unit. Don’t bother calling anyone else. Ronnie and his team are the best in the area and you will not be disappointed. When the time comes to remodel and add on to this house, we will not shop around for the HVAC system. We will only buy from Central H&AC!!
Calvin was prompt and professional. He ran diagnostics on my A/C unit, discovered the issue and repair it quickly. Thank you! I highly recommend Calvin and Central A/C.
