I jokingly asked if they could come and install a new unit the next day. Mike and Lucy said yes, we'll be there at 9 am. I thought they were joking. Guess what, they were there at 9 am the next day and completed the install by 3 pm! The install is super "clean". Functions awesome! Call them for your HVAC needs.
Fantastic company, they went above and beyond for our repair. They worked with our not so professional extended warranty company who was a total failure. When we need a new unit this is the company we will do business with.

Service appointment was faster than expected (same day within an hour!) Problem was identified an corrected quickly during visit. Very professional with reasonable rates that exceeded my expectations and previous experiences with other home maintenance and repair companies. Another perfect experience from Michael and his team! Thank you so much guys, we had routine maintenance done on our "CH&A installed Air conditioners" plus a new duct to air condition the spare bedroom. We were kept informed of timing for their visit and inspite of the fact that their emails went into my spam folder, they didn't hold it against me! Once again a well deserved 5 Star Review. 🌟
Received quick response to call for help with problem of no heat. Repairs were done next day after part came in and full system check completed. I am very satisfied with the company and will continue to call for future service and recommend them to friends.

As usual everything went very well very polite very courteous very professional I never feel uncomfortable when you guys come out they go above and beyond what I feel they should be doing very very knowledgeable in the AC area very easy to do business with and plan on continuing doing business with them for a long long time
Central Heat & Air were the only ones that could help us identify the issues with our old geothermal system and they worked with our warranty company to get our whole system replaced. They managed the whole project - including an electrician - and had our new system installed in one day. Excellent service from the office and the technician. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Great family business extremely friendly. Installed our unit a few years ago service was great. Had ducts cleaned and a Uv light installed recently. This is the only AC service I will ever use Joanna Finelli
In all the years we have lived in Port Orange Mike and his company have been the best Air Conditioner Company we have come across. This company is family owned and it shows .We feel like part of their family and would use no one else. they have fair pricing, excellent service and always helpful and friendly, They are the best around overall.
Mike and son, are very professional and have installed a 3 ton AC unit in 2018 and also another for the south wing 4 ton, 5 months ago! They are quick to respond if there's a problem, and reasonably priced. We will use no one else.
We have nine heat and air units in our four rental properties. We give all our aircon installations and repairs to Central Heat and Air. Mike and Lucy, the owners, are always quick to respond to our needs and we have been very happy with their service. We have no hesitation in adding our recommendation.
