They replaced my HVAC unit that was 25 + years old with a new unit and thermostat and did a great job and explained everything about the system and how it works … they were very professional and I have the upmost confidence in what they did and would highly recommend them.

The office was very helpful in getting my heater taken care of right away. They very very much on time. They came and took care of Business in a very timely matter. Nice workers, showed ID. Knew what they were doing and did it right away. I will definitely recommend their business to all the families I can. I love their Great customer service.
All of the staff I interacted with from Central Elite were very friendly and professional. I was able to make an appointment fast and easily. My appointment was confirmed via text and I was also notified when the tech was en route, which was wonderful. Pedro was very professional and explained everything he did very concisely. He serviced my unit and took before and after pictures and complied a report which he emailed to me. He gave me his recommendations on what next steps I needed to take and I never felt like he was trying to “sell me” something I didn’t need. He definitely is a master in his trade and I won’t go to anyone else for my HVAC needs. Central Elite Cooling and Heating is the real deal!!
Very good service
I had a lot of water leaking from my light fixture and ceiling. They were able to be onsite the same day. They did a temporary fix, provided me assessment of the work that needed to be done and a price. Central saved me a great deal of money along with getting me up and running in the summer. I was so impressed with them that I signed up for there yearly maintenance contract.
