I just installed my third HVAC in my house with George Albany. George is very professional and knowledgeable person. He understands the system inside out. He does a good job and delivers solid value and results. He is the pro I turn to for any issues with HVAC. He is reliable and honest.
George is a life saver. AC died on a Sunday night. called him told him i have 2 dogs 2 children wife burning up and a hot house. He came over had all the parts needed in his truck. AC back up and running better then ever. Happy family and dogs again just incredible thank you again george who just left my house.
My heat failed completely right in the middle of the same record setting cold snap that caused NFL games to be played in below zero weather and that caused deaths in Buffalo NY. George came to me on the same day I called! It turned out my water pump (all hot water baseboard system) was "mostly dead". He ordered a new one and since it would take a day or 2 to arrive, he made some temporary changes to allow my heat to partially work until then. I didn't freeze (neither did my pipes, etc.) and he came back promptly and fixed everything. While here the first time, his partner Chris saw where an overflow valve was leaking and corroding a pipe underneath it, so along with the new pump they replaced the bad valve and the corroded pipe. Price was reasonable, too!
I used George in my previous home to certify the HVAC unit before selling. Our new home's HVAC system need an expert like George to diagnosis and fix the issue with the older coil. George did a great job explaining what would be done during all the phases of the work and priced the job fairly. George pays attention to the details and ensures everything is done to make sure the system is in good working order for years to come.
George did a full replacement on an old, non working oil furnace heating and central AC system at my house. He was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. He was fully transparent providing detailed break out of the services provided and the types and size of units being installed. From his initial visit, to setting up the install dates he was responsive. He even checked in with me after the install to see how I was making out with the new system. It was great appreciated all around. Highly recommend George and Cellucci Heating.

I met George by chance when he was at my next door neighbor's house looking at their AC and mine had issues which just popped up. George came over as soon as he was done next door, did a quick diagnosis of an obvious issue and came back the next day to do a more thorough analysis. He contacted me when he said he would, showed up when he said he would, did a very thorough job, and charged a reasonablebprice for his services. It was clear he was here to solve my problem, not sell me something I don't need yet, and provide very clear explanation as he went about his business. If only all trades could be so reliable, nice, communicative, honedt, etc. What a great experience. I did not have a regular HVAC guy yesterday morning, but now I do.
Great work great price. Got the system back up an running in an afternoon and did it in the most cost effective way possible. Highly recommend.
George did a great job installing my new HVAC system. He offered different options at competitive pricing and made sure everything was working perfectly before signing off on the job. Hes also done previous repairs to my old system and is very experienced and thorough in diagnosing the problem.

George Albany is knowledgeable, scrupulously honest, punctual and considerate, at least when it came to A/C matters and my family. He helped me replace a 20 y/o and ready to die A/C system with an efficient, well constructed replacement that I feel confident will serve my family another 20 years. The solution was a carefully planned compromise between efficiency, economy, quality and practicality. George did not consider the job finished until after post construction inspections, testing and tweaking were complete, and I was satisfied with the results, in the weeks that followed the installation.
I was really impressed with George's service; not only coming out and checking out the issue I had with my central air, but educating me on the unit's upkeep as well, to head off further issues. I can't recommend him enough.
We were experiencing a leaking A/C unit and the air wasn’t getting cold in the house. George came over and gave it a thorough look and diagnosed that we needed more coolant in the unit. He was very knowledgeable and responded in a timely manner. I will definitely be using Cellucci going forward and recommend everyone does the same!
