I used celestial for my two location installed new coil new condenser for an hvac system Used them for my business I stalled rooftop unit and walking cooler freezer They are the best in New Jersey very professional I highly recommended them

Unprofessional and Scammers I called to make a repair since my heater wasn’t working. Not only did they charge me 275 to repair a single screw but it didn’t even fix the original problem. So i had to pay 275 to replace the screw, then the service fee, then on top of that, the original problem which wasn’t even connected to the screw. In total, around 500$ was charged. His attitude made it even worse, he told us he didn’t have time to talk or negotiate about the price. We’re paying you to fix something and now you don’t have time to do your job? The secretary was also very unprofessional.
We would highly recommend Celestial Air! They responded immediately to our call and came over that day. You won’t find a better price for installation of a new A/C. Gus and his crew were professional and answered all our questions. The cleaned up everything when they were done. We couldn’t be happier with the service, the quality and the price! Duff and Judy

Our heating system died on us end of the winter so we knew getting it replaced asap was needed before the next winter came. We called a few local companies and even Pseg to come out to look and provide us quotes. We ultimately landed on Celestial because they offered a great financing option. Anyone i spoke with in the office were all helpful and kind. Jackie helped us also and she was friendly. The technicians were top notch. Brett and his partner were the best. They went above and beyond. I would never use another company. Highly recommended.
I requested a 150,000 BTU unit (it's a 4 story bldg) and I discovered overnight as the upper apartments never warmed up that a 125,000 BTU was installed. I'll report back if this is resolved satisfactorily. Celestial heating came back and installed the size unit I had requested.
Dont even bother to reach them out. I was in the "schedule": for the technician to come 3 times at my home, but all 3 times he NEVER showed up and never message me telling he was not coming.. VERY BAD company and terrible customer service.... Spend your precious money in another company that at least will care for their customers.
Excellent pricing. Very professional. They removed old furnace and then installed new (superior) unit. Both furnaces were very heavy. Access to cellar? Not convenient. A serious pain. No complaints. These guys? Just got the job done. Found problems with the previous installation and just fixed them. They upgraded the function/longevity of my system and did so on their dime. They stuck to their estimate despite the fact that they had to acquire 200 pounds of additional parts. And? 5 guys. Got it done in one day. Honestly? Remarkable. Additionally. A very important part of the job. The office. They were on top of this job and always available. I spoke with Jackie, primarily, and she always got everything done. Quickly! Thanks so much.

Stay away. The install of our ductless mini split went smoothly, but in the first season we have had to have the company come out for 3 separate issues. Dealing with the office to get repairs is very difficult. The technicians are hit or miss. And when you miss - you have to start over with a new technician as sharing information and scheduling does not seem to be Celestial Air's strength. Too many headaches in just a few months. I would advise you stay away.

This company is outstanding! I spoke with Jackie and she made sure I was put on the schedule immediately. They are extremely professional and punctual. I highly recommend this company. Ask for Jackie when you call she was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable with my choice to have this company do my work. Thank you celestial air and most of all Their secretary jackie for getting my house nice and cold without having to wait weeks.
