Dave and his crew of "experts" came to replace a water heater. While replacing the water heater they broke both the heating and A/C unit. They charged to come fix the heating unit(they broke) and magically have no record of that ever happening. They sent a trainee in who caused more harm than good. When we reached out to Dave to have him rectify the issue, the email response we got was "it's not our problem". You would be better off calling any of the hundreds of other HVAC techs in the area. @Dave - We didn't ask for free work. We asked you to look at the system that your rookie HVAC tech messed up and you told us "not my problem". We didn't say come fix this for free. We indicated there was an issue, and instead of hearing us out, you replied with "not my problem". Everyone needs to be aware that you let inexperienced technicians work on their units(but charge them full price), and when they do a poor job you won't be held accountable. Cheers.
Don't recommend them. Company sent novice staff that were unfamiliar with the type of HVAC combo unit I have, did only a partial job for which the owner of the company had to come in and fix, and unfortunately, only fixed the known errors of the inexperienced staff member rather than checking that his errors were corrected thoroughly.
Swamp cooler start up for spring. They do a great job making sure the unit is clean and running for the summer.
Michael is a great guy. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He took care of my hvac system in the most of thorough ways
Job well done. Installed an LG hybrid heat pump and A/C along with a Navien tankless water heater for domestic hot water and hydro air back up. Also ran new return air ducts in our upstairs bedrooms with in-line booster fans, because rooms are always hot. Got Energy savings just in time for Xcel’s rate hikes.

David Sutton and his team are incredible to work with. David takes the time to truly assess the situation and present the options in terms even the most lay person will understand. I have worked with David on a few things, including a tricky project requiring an install of a swamp cooler and he and his team were incredible. They were also very responsive when some issues popped up related to my radiators. Michael, David, and the whole team at Cedar Creek are some of the best in the business. I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else, especially with steam radiators. They know what they are doing!
David was very responsive and accommodating. We had people staying in our guest house when the boiler went out. So no heat or hot water. He rearranged his schedule and worked a few long days to get us taken care of while still being considerate of his other clients. I feel David communicated well, was honest and fair and he and his team were very pleasant to work with. He has an entire shop on wheels, his setup is very impressive! They were efficient and considerate from start to finish. We will use CCM again for future projects and repairs.
Dave and his team are very knowledgeable about the products their installing. I hired Dave to install a brand new radiant heat system and two A/C mini split systems for a full house remodel I was working on. Dave came to give us a estimate on the work and also informed us on the products he recommended using for the house. I believe he gave us a more than fair quote and was very comparable to the other estimates we had gotten from other companies. There quality of work and installation of the products show that they take pride in the work the preform. I will use Cedar Creek Mechanical for all my up coming HVAC projects and recommend their services to anyone who needs HVAC work.
Great knowledgeable company. They have worked on a couple of my projects and are top notch. I'm a general contractor so I know good work from bs. If you have a radiant heat job, look no further Honest, dependable, and fair.
David saved our butt on this one. We had a high efficiency heater crack and fail and other companies were giving outrageously high quotes for an emergency repair/replacement. David and his team were awesome, were able to fit us in as this one during a bad cold spell in January, had a reasonable price, and got the tankless hot water heater replaced getting heat back to the tennant's. Thanks David!
David and the Cedar Creek team are top notch. Our boiler system was left a mess by the previous owner(s). I had 5 other companies come in to take a look and provide a quote. It seemed like they all had different answers for the solution with very little confidence in what they were doing. David came over for 45min and immediately told me with confidence what would fix all the problems we were having. It was not the cheapest quote of all the companies, but I was 100% sure my system would be good to go with Cedar Creek. Do it right the first time and hire Cedar Creek.
I asked for a pre-winter inspection of the furnace/humidifier systems and that was performed for me. Areas were also identified that may well explain the reason for uneven zone temps throughout the heating and cooling seasons.

Dave and his team did a great job in completely replacing my outdated hot water and heating systems and adding air conditioning. As part of a whole-house rehab, Cedar Creek smoothly coordinated with my GC and other subcontractors. They were great! This month they followed up with a prompt and comprehensive service visit on their installation and my gas fireplace.
Dave and Cedar Creek are the BEST! I recommend them to anyone that is looking for professionals that know what they do and back it up.
