Highly Recommend ***** Had a situation with my mini split system not working correctly and couldn't get the other HVAC guy, who installed it, to come back and fix it. Now that there is a projected heat wave I needed them fixed quickly. Ready many google & yelp reviews, some were really bad. Felt comfortable settling on just 4 that I did homework on. Made the calls and everyone was booked out for 2 weeks and had minimum charges just for the diagnostics to come out and look at it. I called CB's and they said they could come in two days. Well, Chris came in 2 days and was reasonably priced compared to what the other Santa Fe companies were asking. He got my system back up and running in about 2 hours time and now my wife and I are ready for the heatwave. He gave me a warranty on his work with a breakdown of what he did and the charges. The guy was easy to work with, he seems driven, he's polite, and wants his customers to be happy with the outcome. Well done Chris, hopefully we won't need you in the future, but if we do, I will call again.
I was very fortunate to find CB's to come out and repair our a/c unit. Our dogs chewed up the wires to the system. Chris came out quickly and made all the repairs to get us running again. Chris was very fast, efficient, and professional. Thanks Chris!

CB,s was the only one that responded the same day my furnace went out, he had a new one installed by the next day before lunch. AWESOME service and responce time, very professional, Chris cared that my family had heat. His a good man, highly recommend, will definitely call him again.
When no one else picked up the phone on a Saturday morning, CB’s answered the call and arrived promptly to diagnose a boiler repair. They got my part quickly and by Monday late morning i had heat again. Fast, friendly, honest and does what they say they’re going to do. Will absolutely use them again when boiler trouble arises.
We had the good fortune of having CB's Heating & Cooling stop by when we encountered issues with a gas leak. A) CB's answered promptly and had very good idea of what needed to be done even before they saw what the issues were. B) CB's made us feel like we had gotten the correct team for the the issues ASAP which was a great relief and comfort. C) CB's made quik work of the situation, got the necessary materials, examined the issues, and, explained what the fix entailed perfectly. D) in any season, winter, spring, summer, autumn, if you and your family/friends are in need of QUALITY AND COURTEOUS HVAC services, then, CB's is the best option out there in our humble opinion, and, you owe it to your family/friends to find and have the best service available

Chris (CB) quickly found a part that two others had said was not available. Not finding that part would have meant a complete heater system replacement. Another reputable repair place had never seen a unit like mine (sears dunkirk boiler). Chris knew everything about my boiler system and replaced the motor and now it’s running perfectly! I couldn’t be more relieved! You can trust Chris with your systems.
Chis went way out of his way for us to get our heating back up. He’s a good one! Super recommended
Well, my heater was broken. Every other place was a 4 week wait and cost more than CB's. He arrived the following day and then I had heat. :). Easy to work with, on time, great price. Can't go wrong!
Chris is wonderful 5 stars aren't enough! He showed up promptly, very respectful, friendly, he stayed and made shure my heater was in good working order as I had NO heat .. he did everything he possibly could of to get it running again... He was able to fix something that another company never saw.. I highly recommend!!! Update: I had Chris come out and install a new furnace and take out the old one he all this in a timely manner very professional can't enough. Chris is the guy to go to for all you hvac needs!
CB's Heating & Cooling finished the job on our air-source heat pump this afternoon. It's truly remarkable that, when I put out bid requests at the end of August, to several companies, CB's was probably the quickest to turn it around into a quote. End of August: accept quote. Tuesday foll. Labor Day: work started. Thursday mid-afternoon: install and checkout complete! Not joking about this or making things up or exaggerating. Chris & his crew truly know what they're doing, and they're fun to work with. If you've got any HVAC needs, I highly recommend CB's.
Chris was very responsive and did a good job. Ours was a big project with a lot of hardware, tubing and electrical. We found one minor issue and, when we told Chris, he and David were out early the next day to get it squared away. That sort of conscientious response is refreshing to see these days. I highly recommend him.
