I can't speak highly enough about Michael at Cave Creek Cooling Company! Michael has been servicing my unit for over 5 years now and has been amazing to work with. He is extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable. He came out right away when our AC was leaking water, everything was fixed within an hour. I would 100% recommend this company! They are absolutely amazing. He will tell you the truth on the AC without trying to make an extra buck.

Michael came out as we asked for a second opinion after our maintenance company's tech stated that we have a leaky coil but overall our 13 yo system would most likely not last through the summer. We had an estimate done for a Trane 4 ton system by the salesman from same company & it would be $17000 for a new one. Michael came the next day - did confirm the leaky coil that can be repaired once summer is over but otherwise stated that the system is working well & these tend to last around 20 years... He filled the system with refrigerant & cleaned what the maintenance company didn't (although supposed to).

Very responsive, he came out on a holiday. Identified the problem with the A/C not working, fixed it, and A/C was up and running in 5 minutes. We ❤️ Cave Creek Cooling!
