Last week, I called Bryan at Castlebee Refrigeration to come out to my home to repair a brand new Mitsubishi central air system that another company installed for me in May. The unit was blowing hot air, even after the original company came back three times and insisted it was fine. Bryan came out the very next day and determined what the problem was right away, gave my husband and me a quote, and he and his crew were here the very next morning and fixed it that same day. It is now blowing freezing cold air and we couldn't be happier. I am so thankful to Bryan and wish I knew about his company from the beginning. If you are considering having central air installed in your home, do yourself a favor and call Castlebee Refrigeration.
OK - so this place is the definition of a quality business, specifically Bryan who was my technician. Showed up on day of service request, fixed a substantial issue with my condenser and central air unit, walked me through all of his work. I could not be happier and when I go to do a full unit replacement in a year or so this place will be the place I call and Bryan will be the technician I ask for specifically! Thank you!
