Barry is amazing! He is communicative, professional, kind, and a hard worker. He installed my new furnace in December, and AC today. He updated me on progress and worked hard all day to get me and my grandkids some cool air after 3 weeks of a hot house. I would recommend him and most definitely have him back again for all my HVAC needs. 👍🏼☺️

Horrible company!!! Google won't let me give them a 0 but if I could I would. They've come to our house many times and every time they've "repaired" something it worked for a few hrs and then it was back to the same issue. Their "repairs" also caused water damage. When we tried talking to James about the issues he got angry, was rude and unprofessional. He accused us of lying about the AC not working. We will not be using this company EVER AGAIN!!!

LONG BUT WORTH READING!! In less than 2 months I had people from this company over to “fix” the issues more than 6 Times. For one, trying to speak with someone is something that’s takes over a week at times, even for a call back when you leave a VM. They’ve come and spent very little time “checking” for issues and “fixing” them, they leave and a day or two later, the system is not functioning properly. I had James come a few times, and get upset, rude and disrespectful towards us and even get to the point to say he was going to leave before “someone” got arrested and that he couldn’t afford to go to jail. For someone that says he is the owner of the company, that’s not the way to do business. Last person that came, said that he was the owner, and that if what he was doing didn’t fix the system that in fact, he doesn’t like working with, the entire system would have to be replaced (under warranty) and since then, I can’t get in touch with ANYONE from this so called company. If you want a good system and good service, FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

They happen a great company. There has been a mess with our management company in exchanging a 40+ year old furnace in the House we are renting for the last three weeks. These gentleman came and have done it in three days, correctly and efficiently. Not only are they professional in their activities, they have explained to us what they have done and how they are doing it. It has been a difficult time, they have made so very much more bearable. Thank you to all the laborers who lent their talents to get things done and done right.

Got sold a nice new HVAC in February. Great salesman and competitive pricing. Unit went in promptly. Unit was larger then previous and my house trembled and shook when in use. I noticed this right away. But it was February and so it wasn’t constant. Also I was told there would be a followup scheduled for April. So I said I could wait. More calls, messages and reschedules where no one showed up. Finally after hearing plethora unprofessional excuses my appointment was calendared and a person I didn’t know came and said there were things not done well and he tightened some screws and all was fixed. Well, it was a little better but not fixed and I thought it was going to be padded to reduce vibration. I don’t know what if anything was done because I never got any written or verbal followup. But I’d given up working with this company. Three months into the summer I have gallons of water dripping down the side of my house and compromising the stability of my foundation. Again, call and no reply. Call and visit set up and no-show. No followup. I’m weary from chasing this small business down much less reliability and/or action. If you want a company that sells you something upfront and doesn’t followup up with customer satisfaction, this is the one to choose.

AC went out and James was over in 20 mins. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the AC back up and running with in 30 mins. Friendly and quick service. Something that goes a long way in the Arizona heat.
