Outstanding service at its finest!!! Called during labor day when my AC went down and Mr. Mike responded and was on site within 2 hours. Got the parts replaced and had the AC up & running in no time! A veteran owned business, a true professional, and punctual. He knows what he's doing and WON'T haggle you with the service price. Provides a transparent invoice and detailed notes on the work order! this is the second time I use their service, first is when they install a split unit for air condition and heating system and this time is for water heater replacement. they are responsive, takes time to explain options, professional on time/efficient. Good quality work ,very respectful and polite. I will not hesitate to use their service again and recommend to family and friends.
Our A/C quit working and my wife has medical issues that require A/C. Called one company who told me they could see me in two weeks! Called Castillo and they were there that afternoon, obtained the required parts and fixed the A/C the next morning. Can't ask for better service than that. Castillo on my list for such repairs.

Castillo Works Plumbing is an outstanding plumbing company that is highly service oriented. Their work result is so commendable that I will never dare ask for anyone’s service if I could help it. Their plumbers always arrive on time and will not stop working unless the job is fully finished. The plumbers are well knowledgeable of their profession. The place of work is left thoroughly cleaned and much cleaner than when they first arrived. I strongly recommend for anyone requiring plumbing service to prove me right. Oh by the way, their charge is much lower than you would have thought based on the quality and workmanship of the work.
wanted to add a faucet out side my garage they came out knocked it out and it looks good i have used them on my water filtration unit when i installed it. Good work and would call them again

Ely to save the day! My water heater went out 2 days before New Years Eve. Ely was quick to respond. My water heater was still under warranty and Ely did all the calling and worked on the getting the water heater replaced. Turns out he saved me over 400.00 on replacing my water heater. Ely was very informative, kind, professional and responsive to texts. It was a pleasure doing business with Ely and Castillo Works Plumbing Heating and Air. I keep his card handy and will trust with any future plumbing needs.
Ely was quick professional, clean and a great communicator. We had a hot water heater quit on us, Ely immediately texted back asking for pictures and info to assess the situation, came the next day and got us a new unit by the afternoon. His service is top notch, the takes pride in this work and is s great communicator. Really liked his easy and simple estimate/invoicing via text. Our AC went out. Another contractor said we needed a completely new system. Castillo came and in replaced some stuff and fixed the problem within a few hours. These guys are trustworthy and hard working. They're legit. I would recommend and use them again.
