Castellano’s was sent out to my residence because they work with Choice Home Warranty. Our problem was the outside unit (condenser) was running continuously. When Junior was done with his repair the fan wouldn’t work at all. He told me that my fan motor must’ve “burned up”. Still I was charged $190 and told I needed a new fan motor for big bucks. We stayed in a hotel for 2 nights because we were experiencing 100°+ days and waiting on a new hvac company to come to our aid. They discovered that castellano’s technician had pulled the wire off a jumper that caused the fan to not operate at all. So, were they being fraudulent or highly incompetent? You decide. But, I put the credit card charge in dispute and would never recommend this company. Ever.
I dealt with Castellanos through Choice Home Warranty. They were great initially....then when the Home Warranty company fully approved a full replacement of the A/C unit, Castellanos delay the process over and over again. We have been without A/C in our home for 16 days now, all while the equipment for replacement sits ready to be picked up for 8 days now. This is ALL DUE TO CASSTELLANOS AIR CONDIONTING. I finally had to fire Castellanos with Choice Home Warranty because of all of this. BEWARE.....shady company. I will be glad to provide more details for anyone needing them because I can back up every bit of my claim!

We've been doing business with Castellanos for many years. Mr. Manuel was the best technician we've ever had. He is very knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the maintenance checkup. Very pleased with his work and communication.
