Came out the next day and got my AC working great. Reasonably priced and great service, highly recommend.
Geff goes above and beyond whether we have a large or small issue. We needed a new unit & he made sure we had a way to keep cool in the meantime. He fit us in so quickly and was extremely polite in every way! I’m never calling anyone else for our heating/cooling needs!

Geff with Casper heating and Cooling did a great job for us! He replaced our old system with a new up to date heat/AC system. He was friendly, communicative, always responded in a timely manner, answered all our questions, and went the extra mile to communicate with our electrician for us. AMAZING!!!! New construction Custom home that we’re building ourselves. The project wasn’t an easy task but Geff was able to come up with a solution for every obstacle. They were Very honest and reliable. The install was quick and the pricing was very fair. They came in when nobody else would install in our area and completely surpassed our expectations. Not a single complaint. Wish we would have had Casper install in our previous builds. 5 Star business all the way!
We have needed to update our furnace for years. Finally, one snowy day in April, during the longest winter ever, it finally died. Casper was the first business to return my call. Geff came out and made a valiant effort, which he didn’t charge us for, to make a quick fix while we waited for a new furnace. When this didn’t work, he offered to bring us space heaters while we waited. He stated in touch about scheduling and was able to put a new furnace in less than a week after the old one kicked the bucket. The new AC needed a new line set and Geff was very creative (and non-destructive) in finding a new path for this, since the old one has been built over. Throughout the whole project, Geff was thoughtful, professional, prompt, hard-working, considerate, and clean. In the end, we have a new furnace/AC and a new favorite heating and cooling company. Losing heat for a very cold week and having to buy a new furnace is not my idea of a good time. However, Casper made the whole process pretty darn painless, including registering the furnace for us for free after installation. If you are reading this review and trying to decide who to call, you can stop reading now and call Casper. They do a really great job.
Geff was absolutely amazing! I cant say enough good things about him! I just completed building a house and out of all of the vendors and sub contractors I worked with he was by far and away the best and easiest to work with. The system he installed was exactly what he proposed and works perfectly. Geff is an amazing person and has the highest integratey. You can feel 100% safe working with him. Every time he said he would be at my house he was there on time and ready to work. You will have absolutely NO worries hiring him for your HVAC needs. I wish I had another HVAC to install so I could hire him again!
I have to say hands down that Geff did an outstanding job. He was professional and completed a complete furnace raplacement for us after our 37 year old furnace died. He tried to fix it first but it was long gone. A new one was needed which he had great knowledge and recomendations for our budget. He kept the house clean and layed down tarp and everything to be careful not to mess up our wood floors and carpet. We can't thank him enough for everything. Especially calling afterwords to make sure everything went smoothly and it was heating well. This guy is who we will call moving foward for our AC/Heating needs.

Geff did my heater found out had a bad thermostat he replaced it programmed it and set up wi fi and very honest
Came home from Christmas shopping and our house was cold! Check the thermostat and it was down to 60 degrees. Call Geff at Casper Heating and Cooling and he was here within 30 minutes...fixed the problem and was on his way! Always professional and a pleasure to work with! Never been disappointed in his work and service!
Geff is a true professional! AC quit working and he had me up and running in no time! He fixes the problem and doesn’t just try to sell you a new HVAC system. Geff will always be my choice for HVAC service!
100 degree day and my AC quits. I call around asking who can fix it right away and get a bunch of operators taking contact information before letting me know it would be three days before they could arrive. Geff didn't do to this to me. He answered his own phone, helped me self-diagnoise and when it seemed a quick fix, he put off starting his weekend plans a bit to help us out. Part of this is just luck that he had just finished a job but he was able to help quickly and didn't take advantage of us. Simple repair later and we are keeping cool. Very well worth the money. I will not lose his number.
Geff with Casper Heating and Cooling LLC is amazing! We’ve had an issue with our HVAC unit two times, once in the winter and once in the summer. Both times he was quick to respond, good about communication, and got us fixed up right away. We would have suffered if it wasn’t for him. We are so thankful for his caring heart, and willing spirit! 5 STAR!

What a great buying experience for a major purchase during a triple digit heat wave three days before I was to leave for a vacation. Geff was very responsive during a time when HVAC companies were super busy. He was patient in helping me understand what I was needing and what I was buying. His prices are fair, reasonable and competitive. He's a one man show which allows the best pricing due to low overhead.
