Called Steve when I came into a super warm house. Steve arrived promptly (within 20min) and diagnosed the problem after a through inspection. He was honest and fixed the problem fast. I highly recommend Casper HVAC services if you need an honest, hardworking, and reliable company.
Steve at Casper Heating and Cooling is such a friendly guy and worked so hard to install my AC and patiently worked to get it up into a tricky spot through the attic! Highly recommend!
Steve and Jeff did an excellent job all around! Showed up at 8am worked all day and didn’t leave till everything was perfect at 7pm. Quality work, very professional, very knowledgeable, great value and both great guys! Highly satisfied and highly recommend using Casper for any type of HVAC work you need to get done. Can’t thank them enough for the work they did.
I am beyond grateful for this company and the work they did for us. I had a newborn and it was the dead of winter and we found out all our duct work needed to be replaced in our crawlspace so our heat would work properly. They came the next day and worked until long after dark and after hours because they didn’t want to displace us or leave us without heat because of our new baby. We were so touched that they worked so hard to do that for our family. They did great quality work for a reasonable price, we’re so professional and timely. We can feel a world of difference in the temperature of our home. They are coming back to check and clean our ductwork a couple of weeks later which is unlike most companies. We are so impressed and couldn’t recommend them more!
Casper schedules at times that are convenient for me. Jeff is thorough and takes time to explain the services he provides in terms I understand. He is very customer oriented, and a joy to talk to. I highly recommend Casper Heating and Cooling.

10-31-22, Techician checked system to make sure heat will come on when needed and operate properly. Answered my questions and showed me how to properly replace air filter. Jeff is very pleasant and knowledgeable about his work. Maintenance was done and he gave me pointers on how Technician sanitatize my house. Casper gets 5 stars from me today. 2-2022, Technician installed new easy to insert and replace filter system. They cleaned up everything, no trash left when they finished installing new heating and cooling system. They were very professional and did everything they said they would do. I highly recommend Casper Heating And Cooling to everyone who needs this service.
Top of the line ! Good communication and on time schedule
My A/C died and they had me cool again by the end of the next day! Replaced my air handling unit in the attic. They also did several "extras" at no additional cost. I highly recommend this company!
