Awesome and caring people. Came out for a simple fix, but turned into a bigger job. But they got it done, on a sat evening!! Couldn't ask for more!!
Called Casey he came and fixed it. Perfect, couldn't get better
We called him and he said he would be here at 9am and never shown our furnace dosnt work so it's freezing and we have a 4 month old baby....... kinda make me mad that he would never show
I don't usually give such poor reviews, but I'm gonna have to go with a single star on this one. My girlfriend called for service at her father's house in Dubois and was blown off. I guess 24/7 service doesn't hold true for this guy. Casey answered the phone without identifying himself or his business. (She had to ask if she called the right place).She mentioned she had a heating issue, he asked where it was located and then said he was busy and won't be able to do it without even offering up the option to come a different day. Very short & Not very friendly...... On to the next. 11/18/18 In response to Caseys reply- I did mention that my "girlfriend" called. She does live in NY and was calling on behalf of her father who does live in Dubois and is in need of help. Whatever the reason was, you didn't want to help ( considering you are in the business of servicing) to avoid this write up you could have: A.) Just not answered your phone. Or B.) Been more polite and said "I'm sorry I cannot get to you today, how about another day"? This was not a scam in any way. We were potential customers who were in need of service. Good luck with the business bud.
We were without air conditioning for 2 days we finally gave up and called Casey this evening. He arrived in a very short amount of time. He really is available 24/7. He also fixed our problem in a short amount of time and his prices were very reasonable. He's also a very nice gentleman and knows what he's doing. Thank you Casey, we look forward to working with you in the future.
My hot water heater went out I went to lowes and got one could not figure out the power vent system I called everyone and no answer they showed up and got my new hot water tank going can't wait to buy my new furnace from him

So I guess it just going to be and extremely cold week for me and my little ones!!! Much like everyone else I've called they don't really seem to want to be bothered. Type of service I expect from this area.
Wonderful service. My wife called several different places when our heat went out and Casey was the only one to pick up and come right in. Because we had no heat, he lit our pellet stove multiple times until the part was ordered to fix the flue. He fixed the pipe to our hot water tank and turned our hot water back on the day he came out. He even cut our bill in half. What a wonderful service! I am going to be one faithful customer! Very thankful!
