Looked for less than 5 minutes and said could be one or another thing. Was told he would call back the next day but never heard back. Was sent a bill and never heard back to fix. I found another person who came out the next day and provided a temporary fix and came back the next day to fix it permanently. Don't waste your money with this company.
They are always on time and do phenomenal work. Fully explain everything that is wrong and answer all questions.
I just had a new Furnace & AC installed . I like doing business from my town & found Mike at Casa. All I can say is he was so helpful to me to get me what I needed so quick. Everyone involved was so friendly ,kind & answered all my questions. I will continue doing business with this company. Fair prices & great people.

Just wanted to let you know about Casa Heating & Cooling. Called yesterday afternoon, without hesitation Mike showed up this morning, on time and well prepared. He explained everything he is about to do and when he was done in a very short time, he told us everything he did. Invoiced us on the spot and let me tell you, prices are good too. We had an AC problems for few years back, and every year was the same situation with other companies, they didn't see nothing wrong. Thankfully we have found Casa Heasting & Cooling..and Now we're cold :) Do your self a favor stop searching and contact them, because you've found the right Company. Thank you Mike.
Beyond my expectations. Our A/C of over 30 years went out on the hottest day of the year thus far and on a Friday to top it off. Mike came out that same day and gave me quotes for brand new a/c unit. By the following Monday, we had our new unit installed. Him and his crew were very kind and professional. They completed the job super fast. After Mike gave a quote on Friday, his rate was way less than I expected. I decided to not look any further and went with them all thanks to his wonderful reviews. Glad I came across him on Google. Thank you again Casa. ☺️

I already mentioned that I am pretty sure that the freon gas is leaking because we put 3 lb of freon gas last year, and it worked fine. But, we get warm air again this year. So, I expected there would be some kind of leak testing, and even repairing it. But, the only comment I got today is that your gas is leaking that I know. (And still charge $79). Your company replaced my HVAC on 4-27-2018. It worked fine for the couple of the years, but the air keeping warmer and warmer since 2020. So, some other professional charged 3 lb of freon last year, and it is doing again. So, supect there must some issue on your HVAC installation. But, the service man said my HVAC warraty is expired, and leaking is not covered.

We've been using Casa Heating the past 3 years for commercial rooftop units in Lombard. Mike and his team have the expertise to diagnose problems correctly the first time, and they also take time to explain issues in layman's terms. Casa is always our first call for maintenance, repair, and installation (at the time of writing 5 RTU installs). We highly recommend this great company!
Mike did a great job...cleaned, inspected furnace & reported what may need to be repair in the future...he knows his "stuff" and does it well...plus he is a very nice man! Today he sent his new crew, also named Mike & while I was disappointed that he didn't perform the work, his crew did an excellent job...thanks!
Used Mike at my old house in Chicago for furnace ,AC and water heater instalation, moved to the burbs and used his survuces again, good honest work for fair prices.
