Craig and his guys did an excellent job! Our new unit works amazing! We had a slight hiccup with a wire shorting out but Craig was there within a day and helped fix the problem! Would recommend these guys to anybody! Super professional and courteous! Thanks Craig!
Great communication and very friendly techs. It took a while for them to get here and I had no AC for a couple of weeks, but it was the hottest weeks of the summer (aka their busiest time) and I had to schedule through my home warranty. My house has been nice and cool ever since they showed up and got it going!!
This place is awesome! They respond in a timely manner. I’ve only had the opportunity to meet Jacob, but he is amazing! Supper friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I would recommend this company to anyone for HVAC.
We have used CAS Mechanical for several years now! Jacob has been so helpful. He is quick to respond, friendly and knows his stuff. If you are needing your HAC serviced CAS Mechanical is who you need to call.
Rating: 0 WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Do not use CAS Mechanical. Our AC broke when the weather was in the 90’s. They screwed up submitting the paperwork to our home warranty company (caused a 1 week delay), then they screwed up getting the parts needed. They didn’t even call to tell us they couldn’t do it. I had to call them when they no showed for the scheduled 7am appointment that we made arrangements to be available for. Then, it was nothing but excuse after excuse after excuse and, of course, nothing was ever THEIR fault. We are still without a fixed air conditioner and they were the contractor. If fixing your AC is important to you, find ANY other contractor to do it for you. The proof of the type of customer service you can expect to receive is in the owners response below. In my review, I stated the facts of the process we experienced and her response is unprofessional, insulting and condescending just like it was when we called to inquire why they no showed for their appointment and didn’t call to inform us. Look at who’s actually doing the name calling here. They also call us ‘rich and entitled’ because we’re upset that CAS Mechanical failed to deliver the service they were contracted to complete. They also admit to abandoning us in our time of need. So yes, to future customers - buyer beware!

Now we have to start the process over to find a competent contractor who can complete the job with integrity.
Craig is very professional and skilled, but also very friendly. Since he did such a great job on his initial visit to repair our HVAC, we trust him for bi-annual maintenance on our units. Our units are quite a bit older so this Spring, he completely dismantled and cleaned the unit from top to bottom, and also reinforced the wood braces and plywood covering the underside of the blower. I would not have expected this quality of service at such a reasonable price. We very much appreciate our friend Craig and his team at CAS Mechanical!
Craig is professional and reliable. He has done a wonderful job with any repairs we’ve had to have done on our heat or our air. He responds in a timely manner and works the whole time he is on the service call. He doesn’t waste time. He’s very personable and professional. His pricing is very reasonable. I would highly recommend Craig for any work you need done on your heating or air conditioning.

Craig was great to work with. We had a home warranty at the time and he was able to work with them to get us a complete new system installed for free to us. Had a few issues after the install, called Craig and he came right over to fix the issue for us. Excellent customer service and an honest man. Definitely recommend.
Craig is awesome. He has delivered the best service I've ever received for HVAC needs, especially in the peak winter season. I had two service requests via home warranty in 3 of the coldest weeks of winter this season. Craig called ahead to give an estimate of when he'd be there, and showed up on time both times. I tagged along with him as he diagnosed an issue with my condenser being "stuck" on and he was kind and patient enough to explain everything he was doing and checking in a very logical and methodical manner. He identified the bad part, had it in his truck replaced it, tested, and was off within 45 minutes. On the second service request, I left him a voicemail on a Sunday evening requesting emergency service because my heat had gone out. He called back within 30 minutes and was on-site an hour later to diagnose the issue. Long story short, it was user error (me), and our propane tank was empty. He was able to hook us up to a gas grill propane cylinder to double check to make sure that was the issue and tell me what to do when I get my propane tank refilled, since I'm a propane heating newbie. He did this all the while without making me feel dumb for not properly checking the propane levels. I have no doubt that I'll go to CAS Mechanical for my future needs as Craig is a great communicator, punctual, knowledgeable, and very friendly to work with. Keep up the great work!
Craig took good care of us to make sure we did not go another night without heat. He was out the same day and even fixed stuff that could possibly cause problems in the future. Highly recommended!!!!!

Craig replied to my call promptly and got my ac up to snuff for the upcoming warm weather season. He's very professional, knowledgeable and his prices are in line with what I wanted to pay. I will use him again and have already recommended him to friends.
I own rental property and called CAS to make sure my air conditioner at that property was working before my new tenants moved in. He not only serviced the unit but fixed a potential problem that could have compromised the unit. He was prompt professional and I appreciate his attention to detail that saved me from future expense. Great service at a reasonable price. Will use his services again.
