Overpriced and the repair didn’t last not even two weeks
We had a whole new heat pump system installed on 2/25/2022. Cartwright's Heating and Cooling replaced every last part brand new. They were extremely professional and efficient. absolutely wonderful, kind and courteous. Our complete system was installed in one day. after installation, they went over every detail of our new system.We were extremely satisfied and recommend them to anyone.
I had a furnace go out on a 20 degree, Saturday in February. I sent a request to about five contractors at 10 AM and received a call back from Cartwright's within about fifteen minutes. They were professional from the get go and within about 5 hours, I had the heat back on in my house. No worrying about frozen pipes, no stressing. They were up front about the costs and had no hidden charges. They kept in constant communication about their schedule and timing and let me know what was going on through every step of the process. I would absolutely recommend Cartwright's and will use them again.
They did a really good job long hours for them Was professional kind,knew what he was doing I would recommend him if someone need a furnace man I've already told some ppl about how well he did Better then some others I had fix or repair or replace A furnace since I had to pay for someone on my own Not having a land lord anymore

As a single woman. I have learned you get what you pay for. When you hire Cartwright Heating and cooling you can trust your getting the best. My ancient furnace died on a Sunday, I put out a blanket Angie's list to all of the local HVAC companies. Eric called within an hour. To date, only one other company has even called back, 4 days later! He was there that day. We looked at the furnace, it was kicked, and he explained why. It was time for an upgrade, so I went with a new high efficiency gas furnace, and an AC hookup after 19 years of no AC. He had the parts together and installed by Tuesday, even when he had to fight with the distro company to get them redelivered! He kept in contact the whole time, was very upfront, and he, his wife, and his other crewmember had the whole thing done in a day, working late to make sure I wasn't hanging out to dry with no heat. He clearly put the work and dedication into it, and I would highly recommend Cartwright heating and Cooling to anyone.

Hoss did such a great job. He didn't even charge me much. Plus he took the time to talk to me and explained the problem. I have a new furnace guy!!! Trust me, you will like them.
My furnace went on a Friday. I called Eric at Cartwright he came out within 3 hours. Gave me my options long story short it was best to go with a new furnace. He said he could be out Monday at 9am. Now I needed more then just a new furnace new ductwork new dedicated line. He finished at 7pm. He went above and beyond the scope of work. Any other person during this time of year right before new year's wouldn't have done it or charged me an arm and a leg. His price was very fair for the amount of work he did. Eric and his team are the best I would recommend them to anyone. A++++++. Thank you Eric! Hired again yesterday 10-14-2020 Eric is by far the most honest person i know. He goes above and beyond to do the job right i hired him back in December for a furnance job so i knew he would do a great job on my ac. Defiantly recommend him to anyone and he does it right.

They are very expensive even For a small job. They charge me $250 for coil cleaning which took probably 15 minutes of their time.If you don’t know what type of work you need they can charge you a very high amount. I don’t recommend this service.
I'm a demanding customer and I appreciate the patience that it takes to work with me. I was looking for a company that wasn't a big franchise but was still professional and Cartwright's fit what I was looking for. I tried contacting another company that had installed my furnace several years ago and couldn't get them to call me back. When I contacted Cartwright's they were pleasant to work with and gave me clear pricing and schedules.
We've done two projects with Hoss and he's been great every time. Always punctual with good prices. He even did a Google Duo call with me to check out the furnace before he came out. Never heard of another HVAC guys doing that. Would recommend for sure.
2 weeks without an ac, no return phone call on last 4 attempts. Hasn’t sent the diagnosis to the insurance company, only the estimate for a replacement. He kept saying he sent the paper work, and they kept saying they had not received it. But it turns out he never sent diagnosis and documentation to justify replacement. I give 2 stars because he did try to work with them initially but then sort of gave up after wait times on the phone. Meanwhile that puts customer in a tight spot! I would have just said I’ll pay for it and ask them later for reimbursement but he never did call back. Update 6/10, I got this reassigned to another company Aaron’s who came out the same day, identified that capacitor was broken, replaced it and I have cool air!
