We have been using Carter Comfort Systems for our heating/cooling for over 15 years. We have been pleased with the quality of the products and the professionalism of the employees. I have always felt that they have our best interest at heart as they have provided for our needs. I highly recommend them!
Carter Comfort Systems always goes above and beyond! The office staff is always friendly and helpful and the techs are fabulous. Last year we had a complicated manufacturer's issue with our air conditioner. Carter Comfort System techs worked and worked and worked until everything was taken care of 100%. Just yesterday we had our annual service. Ray was incredibly personable and professional. He took extra time to show me and explain to me exactly what I needed to be doing in between services to keep our system at an optimal level. I would HIGHLY recommend Carter Comfort Systems. Based our experiences, we will be customer's for life!
