Came through in the clutch for my home after a sweltering hot weekend caused an overload on my A/C unit. Every other business I called wanted to schedule me many days out, if they could schedule me in at all. Carpenter & Son was already talking me through preparatory steps over the phone and were on location barely an hour later. After arrival, they were very professional and prompt. After replacing a capacitor and cleaning the unit, the A/C was back up and running scarcely an hour or so later.
Our air conditioner went out on Friday night during 90 degree heatwave. We called on Saturday and Buzz came right over to check it. He has always been the one to call when we had trouble. He was able to get a new unit here in a matter of a few days. His son Luke also came and worked hard to take out the old unit and put in the new one. Friendly, professional and caring is how I would describe the whole family and business. I would recommend them to anyone in the Hopkinsville area.
Quick response , very professional, trusted. This is the only heating and air conditioning service I have ever or will ever use. I didn’t even have to wait around all day at home; they didn’t have to come inside .
