Was delighted to meet a third-generation Carpenter today. Very professional, friendly and possess the knowledge of a company that takes pride in their work. As a property manager in the Orlando area for the last 30 years I am very familiar with companies who disappoint. Carpenter's Cooling does not .they have installed new units and done several repairs always to my complete satisfaction . . I highly recommend them for all of your cooling and AC needs.

Very professional and helpful on the phone. Took the time with me on the phone to try a few items before scheduling a house call. The issue needed a house call. They came out, got me up and run in the same day. Highly recommended.
These folks are the best of the best. Customer satisfaction is their #1 priority and it shows with every interaction. I have worked with various Carpenter’s Cooling technicians and they are all cut from the same cloth. Exceptional experiences with each of them, they truly want to help. They are fairly priced and always go the extra mile. Mike came out most recently and provided exceptional service and took care of us per usual! The problem was diagnosed quickly. In and out in 15 minutes. You can tell they have alot of experience. Had to replace a unit and the job was done quickly and professionally. Left as clean as when they started.

We love Carpenter's Cooling. Kevin is very professional and trustworthy and his team has always been amazingly responsive to our AC troubles which somehow always occur on a Friday evening. When we needed a new AC unit, we didn't get any other quotes because Carpenter's Cooling has always been so great.

This company prides themselves on being family run and owned and it reflects in their very professional work ethic. Kenny helped me today and he is very knowledgeable and incredibly nice and polite. The summer in Florida is brutal and I really appreciate how hard everyone at Carpenter works.

Carpenter’s replaced our main AC unit, which was a huge improvement to the old one. They also installed a mini split unit on our Florida room, which is amazing. The techs are friendly, polite, respectful, knowledgeable and they do great work. Very happy with this choice.
