Great Job on new construction home, We shopped around but wanted better units than in the past. We wanted quite energy efficient units, David suggested the BOSCH units, which are more expensive but after doing the research they are well worth it. They installed 4 BOSCH units and 1 MINI Split for the garage. We could not ne happier on the sound / performance and efficient. After heating the entire home 5400 sq ft we expected a larger electric bill but not the case. It was lower than expected due to the efficiency of the BOSCH units. We could not be happier, David is very knowledgeable on his craft.
Excellent technicians
Had to file a police report on these guys they were on camera stealing my personal property.. if you use them watch every move they make they're thieves. They were more interested in seeing what they could steal fromy home than doing their cheap work on a system from china with no accurate phone numbers on them.. This is not a misunderstanding and you know you're so called company likes to steal from honest home owners.. still have them on video and. It's sad .. thou shalt not steal no matter what job you're on,,. How can someone walk just decide to steal personal property from honest homeowners ????????? And no it's a " Gree unit from china ur lies keep adding up Beware of this guy folks he allows theft I guess he thinks it's ok? The down stairs unit is cheap from China &__$4-_7'- and most of your customers in reviews aren't happy so this says a lot about your company
The owner David is quite a spitfire and backs his word. Worked diligently and always on time to install 3 Bosch systems in my new construction home. These units are super quiet and very cost effective to operate, absolutely amazing! Have recommended them to 3 friends and all had a great experience at a great price. Hard to find today!
Fast, efficient, affordable and courteous!! David and his staff responded to us in a timely manner and was patient with our many questions. From my first contact to him to install was less than a week! Explains everything very well, tells you what you NEED not what he wants to “sell”. My kinda people!!

Horrible. My wife and I bought 2 new units in June. 2 weeks later the 2 ton upstairs unit was making noises.(see attached emails) I wrote his secretary and contacted Jeff about this. Finally end of August somebody came out. See attached email correspondence, they keep ignoring me and telling me it will be taking care of. I have 20 more emails, texts, calls. Nothing. They said it was a bad motor, and would fix it. Then they said they would give me a new unit. Both lies. I also attached the units I bought so all can see that I am being duped. That is ok. If a response is not forth coming. I will stand in front of their place with a sign and will pen letters to ICP, Comfortmaker, BBB, Home Advisor. and Angie's List. Then I will bring them to small claims court. Thank you Erik Grimestad Please anyone call me at 803 431 four six four zero so I can explain how this place will install a unit, and will then ignore you if there is any issue.
I had a HVAC system installed by then in November 2017, they damaged duct work and A/C never cooled or heated one side of the house. I called Jeffrey since since the final installation to come back and take care of the issues, he said he would, had his mother in the hospital when I texted again in December 2017, they never came back. The drain pan of the evap is now leaking into the ceiling causing ceiling and insulation damage, the evap is building algae which will grow into the coils and eventually into the duct work, the $8,000 A/C system will go to waste due to a lousy installation. The ducts are not even screwed into the return boxes they are taped and the tape is coming loose and the system is heading out cooling the attic due to the duct work coming off. This company is a joke. Do not use them. They will tell you what you want to hear to get the job and then you will be screwed once they collect from you or the finance company. BBB COMPLAINT WILL BE FILLED AS WELL.
