I had been having some issuses with my air conditioning system with my children's rooms being much hotter than the rest of the house. Tom was able to quickly diagnose the issue and teach me more about my equipment. I would highly recommend his services and look forward to hiring him again the future.
We needed a HVAC mechanic quickly. Made a call to Carlyle Heating and Cooling and the rest is history. Carlyle provided great service from the start. Repairs were explained and performed with great professionalism.
Great service and very helpful, very fair and reasonable pricing- I highly recommend! Had an issue after installation on a different outlet (not one of the ones they fixed) and it was a simple issue that they helped me remedy over the phone (no charge). This is above and beyond in my opinion. Really great to work with!
Back in December, right at Christmas, we lost power due to weather conditions, and when the power was restored our heater had taken a hit. We called around and were quoted astronomical fees for 'just an evaluation'. We called Carlyle and the gentleman spoke with my husband, who had experience in the field, but did not have the equipment to check and repair the heater. The gentleman came out and in no time our heat was restored at less cost than the others 'quoted' to just come out with no work done. Now on Super Bowl Sunday, hubby was doing routine maintenance and hit a road block. We again called Carlyle and they brainstormed with him and successfully had the heater up and running like a champ. I own a cabinet design company and have used Tom several times at my own home along with several client projects. He has Diagnosed issues and helped me with a massive clog in my main line, reworked my entire originally poorly installed shower plumbing, and just recently diagnosed a pain in the butt issue with my oil furnace that saved me 100s of dollars.He is very knowledgeable on all aspects of home improvement, and I can truly rely on this many years of expertise. Tom at Carlyle Heating and Cooling did an excellent job on a new gas furnace install at my business. He was very professional, paid attention to detail, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. In all honesty, I don't think the guy charges enough for the knowledge he has and the services he provides. Great experience, Wife Happy - Hired Tom to install a new dishwasher and remove the old unit. He was responsive, personable, and obviously cares about the work he does. I had made a number of calls around the valley, but Carlyle was the only one to give me a straightforward price in a reasonable timeframe. Roto Rooter required a visit to give me a price, but Tom was respectful of my time and quoted me over the phone. Positive experience, would work with him again.
He has always answered our request in a timely manner and does a wonderful job fixing our air conditioning this past summer and our heating system this week as we dip into cold temperatures. We will continue to use his services.
Tom replaced by kitchen backsplash amongst many installations and repairs. He changed my glass stovetop, kitchen faucet, and sink, garbage disposal and repaired a leak in the kitchen plumbing. He was Amazing !!! Professional and meticulous! Extremely reasonable in price. I highly recommend Tom and his business!! For any of your home plumbing needs among other repairs, he is the one to speak to!! 5 stars for sure!!!!
Tom is great! He's fast reliable and capable of fixing anything. He relocated some duct work for me when none of the "Big Guys" wanted to bother with it. Initially he came on site to give me a quote, and after taking a look at the work he said "I'll get this done right now" ! The work turned out great! I'm using him again with other projects in the house. He has the experience, integrity, honesty and a plethora of knowledge! Great person/business to work with! Highly recommended!
Tom did an awesome job replacing and painting our rotted door trim at our front and rear doors. Kept me updated every step of the way. He was meticulous with his work, making sure it looked perfect and to our satisfaction. Will not hesitate to reach back out to Tom for future jobs we need to get done in the home.

Tom did some work for me replacing a radiator valve. He was very attentive to the customers needs and property. He has good communication skills which seems hard to find these days. He didn’t try to rip me off which is also common these days. I would recommend calling him if your needs line up with his skill set. I will definitely use him again.
