Joe and his team took on a plumbing project that was challenging at a price that was affordable. He was flexible in his schedule and finished the project within two days. Highly recommend!

Joe has been our go-to plumber in the five years since we moved into our old, quirky house in Quincy. Between servicing a very old steam boiler, replacing a water heater, and taking care of all the plumbing aspects of our kitchen and bathroom renovation, Joe and his team have been consistently responsive, helpful and transparent as to the issue at hand and suggested fixes. Highly recommended.
UPDATE 11/30/2021: On the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, we found ourselves without heat or hot water. I caught Joe just as he was leaving for his own holiday weekend. He arrived within an hour after picking up all the parts he might need to fix our problem. In short order, he diagnosed the issue (too much sediment in the city water supply, swapped in a replacement filter and showed me how to remedy the issue if it came up again. Not just a great plumber; also a really good guy! ___ I first met Joe Cardarelli early this year, when he and his team installed a combo heat/hot water system in my house. The entire crew was polite, professional and tidy. What most impressed me was how thorough Joe, the owner, was at seeing the job through. He inspected the work and added a few final touches to ensure the installation was perfect. Joe and his crew have been back twice since then: once to install a new faucet, and again yesterday to fix a leaking bathtub faucet that was destroying the ceiling in the dining room. While he was here, he happily took care of a number of other small plumbing issues for us. Every single time, Joe has been prompt and responsive; he listens well and gives good advice; he is professional, capable, neat and thorough. If I could give him six stars, I would!
Joe did an excellent job servicing and cleaning my steam boiler. He replaced an automatic valve on my furnace. He was very professional, prompt and had great communication skills. His prices were very reasonable as well. I would definitely hire Joe again for all my heating needs.
Joe was very responsive and came at the proposed time. The job was for a leaky toilet base and he was in and out in 30 minutes. He was very clear and answered all my questions and concerns. Would recommend for any plumbing job!

Had an awesome experience with Joe and his crew! I called about 5 places this morning, only 2 got back to me (other place was rude as f). Joe was quick, told me what the issue was, went out to grab parts and gave me an awesome rate. Customer service is huge for me, him and his crew (Jordan) were very polite and made me feel comfortable, not pushy at all. Even came back to double check, I now have heat right before a huge snowstorm, thank you Joe! Will be using you again for future services!
Joe and his apprentice Jason were excellent; efficient and knowledgeable. I called them to repair a leaky supply line. They took care of that problem along with a couple of other minor issues we had. I would highly recommend Cararelli Plumbing and Heating.
After 11 years, my hot water heater died. I sent a quote request via Yelp on Monday and I found Joe Cardarelli. I texted him a few photos of my current hot water heater and also scheduled a time to meet to get rid of my old hot water heater and bring in the new hot water heater. Scott and Jordan came with the new hot water heater on Wednesday. They were prompt, professional and knowledgeable about hot water heaters. They also cleaned up after they installed the new hot water heater. I highly recommend Cardarelli Plumbing & Heating to my colleagues and friends.

We needed part of our main line replaced because of a leaky saddle valve installed many years ago for our ice maker. The water supply had been off for two days going three days. We called Sunday evening not expecting to get a response until Monday morning. They called back that evening and recognizing the urgency of our situation scheduled a visit for 8am Monday morning. They arrived on time Monday morning, assessed the situation, gave us a fixed price, and proceeded to replace valve, a damaged section pipe, and even mounted a new ice maker filter that I had purchased. Everything was up and running within a few hours. Excellent job!
My 14 year old water heater started leaking rusty water from the bottom. I knew the moment had arrived that most homeowners dread, it was time to get my water heater replaced. I gave Cardarelli Plumbing a call. Joe responded right away, had me send some pictures of the heater over, gave me a price quote & said he could send someone out the next day to have it replaced. Sean & Jordan completed the installation. They were both very personable, professional & knowledgeable. They also made sure that my pets didnt try and escape while they were in and out of my basement, which I really appreciated. They had the water heater in within 2 hours and went on their way. No homeowner likes to replace their water heater, but these guys made the experience much more tolerable. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing issues I come across.

Very happy with Cardarelli Plumbing & Heating. Joe replaced my old hot water heater and converted my old oil fired boiler to a new Tankless direct vent combination gas boiler. Also, provided all the rough and finish plumbing for my remodeled bathroom. Couldn't be happier.
My boiler decided to let go on monday 10/15/18. I called a few local companies and no one could get out to me for a couple days. I called Joe and he had someone out to me 10 minutes later. Super fast and friendly service. They had me back up and running on Thursday 10/18/18. My family is very grateful for the quick install. I definitely recommend Joe and his guys if you need anything done!
Joe and his team installed two water heaters in our two-family house, and did some other plumbing maintenance in our basement. He was sincerely nice, professional, and communicative. We did get a few quotes on the work and his price was very competitive. We're very pleased and we will not hesitate to call him in the future!
