After entertaining estimates from the big name companies in Fort Wayne a friend referred me to Captain Comfort and I'm glad he did. CC came right out to quote me an estimate from this point on my experience was positive. Tanner Smith and his crew not only sold us a complete quality HVAC system they removed our old system, replaced with a new system and fine tuned it all in one day right before a cold snap. We really felt like CC appreciated our business unlike those major players that made us feel like they didn't have the time to over charge us. This is the second year in a row durning one of the hottest weeks of the year my ac went out. I contacted tanner and within days my system was replaced. Nothing but good things to say about his work and how he prioritizes his customers
No one ever wants to deal with replacing an air-conditioner or furnace. Unfortunately, I have had the honor twice now, and I can say without a doubt I wouldn't call anyone else. No matter what the situation Tanner and his crew get back to you in a very reasonable amount of time, which is unheard of this day in age. This past holiday weekend (which was one of the hottest) I was blessed with an air conditioner that seized up and Tanner had it fixed within a day of me calling. I typically don't leave reviews because most companies leave a lot to be desired, but I can honestly say that this company sets itself apart with their service, quality, honest pricing and good people. Choose this company the next time you have an issue and I promise you won't be disappointed!
Tanner went above and beyond for us when our A/C went out during a 98 degree day. He is professional, knowledgeable and puts you first. Utmost respect for this family man who is using his trade to provide for his family and doing a great and professional job.
