Professional, courteous and prompt. Tom was able to fix our air conditioner quickly and at a fair, reasonable price. We will definitely call Capital Comfort again for any HVAC needs we may have in the future.
We have a two to three year history with Thomas. Recently we had to replace the HVAC units (yes, that is plural) at our house. I can't say enough about how please we are with Thomas. His work is excellent and he is prompt, courteous, fairly priced, reliable and trustworthy. I felt very comfortable leaving him a spare key and the alarm code when we were away; and did I say he completely cleans up after himself? We recommend him without reservation.

Thomas visited my home for a service request from my warranty company. I previously requested a service call on my heater, but the technician from that company found no fault in the system. Thomas, however, found the issue with my heat pump and contacted the warranty company with the appropriate info. His knowledge of our home heating system proved quite valuable in finding the root cause of our intermittent issues. I would gladly hire Thomas and Capital Comfort again for my HVAC service.
