Eddy was awesome. He was on time, and professional. Was in/out quickly and most of all fixed the ac. I would definately recommend this company
Eddy is very professional, and really knows his business! I HIGHLY recommend him for heating and A/C needs. I’ve used his services for years, and everyone that I’ve recommended him to, remain customers.
Eddy & Michelle Plumber are super wonderful! AC started to have issues called the insurance company 2 days later the guy comes out. Long story short they misdiagnosed it plus tried to say we need work we didn't. Called capital air, Eddie is a straight shooter who helped us through the whole process. Him & his wife are an amazing team with outstanding service. Thank you from our family to yours 🥰
It’s a long story but basically Mr. Eddy came out to take a look at our AC and burned out a part that was not burned before. He rushed out of here so fast and just said he had to order a part but didn’t even try to explain the process I had to ask him for information. He denied having burned “control board” I believe it’s what’s called. He first said he had pictures of before but when I asked him if he could send them to me he said they were on his other phone and I asked he could send by msg or text the he said he only took picture of the unit outside. Anyway it’s been two weeks and we have yet to hear from him even after I’ve attempted to contact them. So now I have someone else come to my house, now I have to pay for additional part that was not broken to begin with.
So kind and honest. Have used Eddie a couple of times and have never heard anything but wonderful positive things about him. He was out of town on vacation once when I called and he literally talked me through the problem on the phone and my AC was back in business (clogged drain line).
Eddie was awesome! Called on a Sunday, they came first thing Monday morning. Eddie was on time, very knowledgeable and fixed the problem in no time! So pleased!!! Will definitely recommend Capital AC and use them again! Thank you!!
I can say I really like Capital Air Conditioning. My husband and I had a real problem with our Air Conditioning on a Sunday. We gave them a call and whammy on the same day, they came out and fixed it. Guys this is on a Sunday of all days. No second thought if we have a problem with our unit again, guess who we are giving a call to.

I am a senior who lives alone.A few months after I first moved into my home, my a/c went out one night. I was lucky enough to call Eddy. He wanted to come out at 11:00;at night, but I told him I had fans so he could wait till the morning. We agreed on 8AM. He was right on time, and within munutes, showed me a small part, saying that it was bad, and he'd already thought that was the problem. Parts and labor were about $100!!! I was sobthankful. That's when he told me he went into his own business after working for others that overpriced and gave less for service. I am so glad that I know he is out there if I need him again. God bless him!
Everything I read about Capital Air was true! Eddy’s wife was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. We had been experiencing some leaks and Eddy’s wife helped me reschedule our appointment to be sooner with no issues. Eddy was quick to fix our leak, was honest and even gave us some tips which helped us see that they’re not trying to take advantage of anyone. They also had the best prices of anyone in the area! Thank you Capital Air! :)
These guys are A#1 top service and treat you like a person. We all know what it means to have no AC in Texas summer. Capital excels in keeping you cool!
My mom called me first thing this morning to tell me that her air conditioner went out last night, neither one of us knew anyone in the Bastrop area, so after reading the reviews, Capital was chosen, (plus they open before the others). Called them first thing and Eddie was able to get out by 9:00 am to fix it for her before it started getting super hot. Thank you so much Eddie for getting it fixed so soon.
