Rheem Sure Comfort unit is bottom of line quality and performance. Not a quiet system even though they'll tell you it is within specs. Ensure air handler will be placed in space large enough to handle amount of air it is moving BEFORE installation! Make sure freon doesn't leak at installation. Do your research. I trusted and regret it.
As always, we were well taken care of from the time I called to replacing our unit was within one week. We've used Cantrell Heating for over 15 years and have always been taken care of with prompt service and the professionalism they exude is to notch!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cantrell Heating for all your heating and a/c needs.
Solved my HVAC problem.
At first I was very pleased with them when they came out to inspect my duct work and explained what they needed to do in order to fix the ductwork. After leaving they did not contact me back until I called them over a week later to see if they had a quote (I knew they had a busy schedule so I gave them the benefit of the doubt). After they returned my call they did not have a quote yet but would have one soon... I called another week later (my wife and I both work and have 4 children so we are busy and trying to renovate). I got a call back with a quote for $2000 for the work that was needed to be done, my wife and I agree to the price and let them know they could schedule us for whatever day worked best for them to come out and get it done. Another week and a half later with zero calls or emails about getting scheduled I call again. I get a call back stating "We cannot do the work, our schedule is so backed up we won't be able to get to you", I ask Lamar (the gentleman who I had been dealing with for over a month now) "We understand yall are backed up but, you already quoted us and said you would do the repairs." THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART! He asked "Do you want me to be honest with you?". What the hell?! Of course I want honesty. I told him "Yes, I would like the honest answer." He said "I have a bad feeling about the work, there are too many hands in it." They were the only group that was going to be doing anything with the ductwork and nothing else was being done. Moral of the story; they have zero communication, no professionalism and, they do not care about their customers. "Response to the owner's comment" There was no discussion about Cantrell doing any roof work. They quoted us for rewrapping the insulation around the ductwork. His response shows that he doesn't even have the integrity to properly discuss the issue we had with his company.
They are very professional and so willing to help you in any way possible. Could not ask for better service. Great guys!
