Always great service.
I’ve had to call Cannon’s HVAC Specialist for emergency service on our air conditioning unit for both our former and current residence. Casey always came out in a timely manner and took care of our issues with professional and friendly service and reasonable pricing. I highly recommend them!

Tech came to fix my ac because it was not blowing cold air at certain times of the day, the tech that came out said it was just dirty and needed to be cleaned, I paid $123 for the cleaning and service. The next day the AC stopped working all together, as it turns out we needed a total replacement of our AC, not just a cleaning. I paid $123 for a cleaning THAT I DIDNT NEED. There is no way the tech couldn't see that there was a bigger problem than a simple cleaning. When I called to complain the woman talked over me as I tried to explain what happened and then hung up on me. Never using this company again and will be spreading the word on their poor practices.
