They came early🤗 They educated about AC maintenance 🤗 They waived the service charge🤗 Their honest diagnosis showed a well working unit that simply needed a capacitor🤗 Honesty, good work, efficiency, kindness, caring for customers🤗 Come next Spring they even offer a $49 maintenance special 🤗 Dear Good Neighbors, this is the company you will enjoy 🤗
Carlos came out within the hour when we called. He was very professional. Took his time to explain all the. Things that were wrong very knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me understand. We would recommend these guys anytime.

This company came through a home warranty. I love the communicate all the issues with details. I needed the air fixed and they dispatched quickly and they are nice and understanding! A big plus is they send you a picture of the staff coming ro your home. The seem very honest and efficient.

Carlos at Canilu Air was very informative, he took the time to explain his findings in a way that was digestible for someone like me who knows nothing about AC units haha. He did a maintenance on our AC unit and it has never run better. I love the no pressure approach to helping us get ready for the Phoenix summer. I highly recommend going with Canilu Air for all your AC needs.
I can't recommend him highly enough! My AC broked down like 3 times. He come to my house every time, no matter the time or day. He was always on time. His a man of his words. He installed a temporary motor so we won't suffer during the heat with no AC until we received the new motor.. Carlos is the best, very knowledgeable. He will let you know all the options and recommend the best options for customer like me who wanted to save up. Carlos is professional, polite, and is a great communicator. I love that His Bilingual i felt comfortable talking to him both languages (Spanish) and he answered all my doubts and concerns. His just the best! I would always recommend CANILU!!

I worked with Carlos at Canilu to diagnose and replace two HVAC systems and to do a check-up on two others. I can't recommend him highly enough! Carlos is professional, polite, and is a great communicator. He and his crew show up on time and get the job done very well. I will be using Canilu for all of my HVAC maintenance from now on.
