I was in a pinch when my AC shut off right on the 4th of July weekend. When I had a company come take a look at things, they just quoted me for a new system. Then luckily I was referred to Josh over at Candor. No joke, I called Josh on my lunch break and he just happened to be in between service calls and offered to come by and look at it in 15 mins! I met him at my house and he quickly went through his troubleshooting and found that my thermostat wore out is all. No need to spend $9k on new systems quite yet! I’m thrilled. Josh was awesome, honest, and gave me a good recommendation for a new thermostat. Candor saved the day.
I called to troubleshoot shoot a problem. Josh was very knowledgeable and professional. After discussing the problem, I decided to have him come out and repair the issue. He was quick, on time, did what he said he would. Answered all my questions and I will definitely have them back. I would highly recommend.
Josh did a great job of evaluating and testing my heating system. He is clearly very knowledgeable and service oriented. He did the review, charged me a good price, and provided me with some excellent tips about ongoing maintenance. America needs more service people like him.
Awesome group of guys! Had a issue with my waterfurnace and had several repairmen out to look at it yet no one was able to fix the issue or seemed to care. Candor Mechanical came out, explained problem and was able to fix the issue right away. If you have geothermal, this is the company for you.

Candor Mechanical is a full service HVAC company. I have known Josh for 5 years and trust fully his recommendations and service. We use him currently to maintain a commercial building with 7 HVAC units. He has completed both routine maintenance and needed repairs. In our buildout he installed new ducting. Josh has also done work on my own personal residence hvac system, tuning and replacing components at a extremely fair price on short notice. Most recently Josh completed repairs on a listed property that called for an inspection of an outdoor boiler. The inspection revealed repairs needed to the system which were completed quickly. Whether you have a forced air or boiler system, heat or AC needs, Candor Mechanical can handle it in a timely and trustworthy manner. Thanks Josh!!

My Husband and I have worked with Josh for many years. He has worked on our rental properties as well as on our home. He is very professional and honest. We trust him and I would confidently recommend him to anyone looking for any HVAC services. We recently had him at our home to look at our water heater that needs to be replaced in the near future without being asked he provided me with a good, better and best quote four the new system. He’s not trying to oversell but will tell you the truth of what you need.
If you need someone to do a fabulous, clean, and ethical job for your heating and A/C go with this company! He just did some work at my house and wearhouse and he’s been my go to guy for years! We had a “big” job that needed to be done at the wearhouse. We had 6 quotes of large companies and small companies, they all said it was too big of a job for them. Josh didn’t even hesitate and immediately said no problem!! He need up being less expensive then the others, gave us great ideas, faster than expected, and he did most of it himself! I’m thankful we got the work done by Candor Mechanical/ Josh Lasky!
Josh is a responsive and responsible professional who is extremely knowledgeable in his field. There hasn't been a situation that we have run into that he couldn't troubleshoot and fix. He is a pleasure to work with and we have him on speed dial.
