Can't trust this guy. After he installed our AC unit he told me that AC and furnace are working fine. It turned out that he didn't even connect the gas line to the furnace. He just inserted furnace line into gas line because the fitting are differnet sizes and turned the gas off. It could have created a really bad problem.
In early summer, Chuck installed our air conditioner and new furnace for a good price, and said he would be back to pick up the old units and give us our warranty papers. We never heard from him again, and he won’t answer our calls or texts. We still don’t have our warranty papers. We tried to turn our furnace yesterday for the first time, and it turns out it’s not even hooked up correctly to the gas. We’d love to deal with him directly to solve this problem if he would answer our phone calls. It looks like we’ll be calling someone else to fix the problems he left behind.
Chuck at Cameron HVAC was incredible. Prices were more than reasonable and the follow up call to ensure unit was exceeding my expectations was thoughtful and a nice touch. He works fast and clean. We will recommend him to everyone. Looking forward to enjoying a hot summer in my cool house thanks to Chuck
Please avoid! this guy is a fraud and will cost you more to repair the damage he cause
Nice guy but has trouble following through. He needed to come back and fix a few minor things that should have been taken care of on his second service call. Apparently his cat died so I gladly offered to reschedule and then he just blew me off all together. I had to call someone else out to fix his work.
Great service! Quick service. Technician called a few hours later after getting the unit working to make sure it was working well. Thank you for saving us from the summer heat!!!
Chuck is a personable guy who wants to do right by his customers. I had 5 Chattanooga-based companies give me quotes on replacing an AC unit, and when Chuck arrived, he said he could probably fix the old one. He literally saved me thousands of dollars by giving me accurate advice. He's my new go-to guy. I wish I could give him 6 stars. Thanks, Chuck!
